Health First is proud to participate in the United States Department of War (DOW) SkillBridge Program, providing active-duty service members the opportunity to gain valuable civilian work experience through industry training during their final 180 days of service. Build hands-on facilities maintenance experience through a 12-week On-the-Job Training (OJT) program while exploring post-service career opportunities in healthcare. Key responsibilities include: ✔️Perform inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance across Health First facilities ✔️Maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems ✔️Complete maintenance work orders and documentation ✔️Respond to urgent maintenance needs to keep operations running smoothly ✔️Help provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and associates Qualifications: ✔️Active-duty service member eligible for the DOW SkillBridge Program ✔️Valid driver's license with a clean driving record ✔️Basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing knowledge ✔️Experience with hand and power tools and general maintenance repairs ✔️Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently Be part of a team dedicated to maintaining safe, reliable facilities that support exceptional patient care.
