Affordable parts with Konecranes warranty. As an alternative to OEM parts, Equivalent Parts are functionally similar replacements designed and manufactured by Konecranes or sourced from suppliers other than the original manufacturer. They are competitively priced and backed by a Konecranes warranty Reverse-engineered parts. These parts are tested and/or designed specifically to replace certain OEM parts. Reverse engineering allows for enhancements to the material, design or manufacturing process to improve performance and increase lifespan of the part. Our quality specialists inspect and test the manufactured part and make sure it is compatible with the equipment it is intended for. 👌 Common reverse engineered parts include: • Rope guides • Ropes • Rope sheaves • Travel wheels • Hook blocks More info. here: https://okt.to/zUwXRQ #konecranesSaudi #Saudicranes #craneparts

Steel service centers handle some of the densest loads in material handling. Some steel coils can weigh up to 30 tons. Heavy coils move constantly between storage areas, staging zones, and production floors, requiring equipment built for high-capacity lifting and stable transport. Large-capacity Hyundai forklifts are designed for demanding industrial environments like these, delivering the lift capacity and stability needed to handle dense steel loads safely. When forklift capacity is properly matched to the operating environment, operators can move coils efficiently while reducing the risk of overload situations and preventing unnecessary downtime. Talk with our team about equipment solutions built for demanding industrial operations. Taking orders on A. Stucki Company Gator Outlet Gates. Voice of Customer matters when it comes to engineering a quality product. For years the industry has been asking for an improvement on gravity outlet gate performance. We took action and designed a very robust outlet gate that can withstand the toughest rail industry environments. On top of that, we established a very effective autonomous manufacturing process to shorten lead times and help reduce overall cost. Let's take a bite out of long lead times! Reach out today for a trial. #stucki #gatorgates #railcarmaintenance #tegma #grainshippers #potashshippers #saynotolongleadtimes #railshippers

A major investment in new equipment has positioned Stucki de Mexico to handle increased business from railcar manufacturers in Mexico and throughout North America. A shot blasting cabinet, powder coating line, and robotic welding line were installed in late 2025 to improve efficiency by implementing a one-piece flow production line for hopper gates. “The line is designed to produce any gate at high output rates with minimum changeover losses and almost no variation,” said Koray Mert Yilmaz, Stucki’s chief operating officer. The new process maintains high-quality standards while reducing lead times to customers by more than 60 percent, he said. Currently, the line is used only for hopper gates, but it could eventually be used for other materials, including steel, aluminum, iron, castings, and some non-metals. Most factories don’t notice this until it’s too late. Small crane issues… slowly turn into big operational losses. The problem? These signs are often ignored: – Unusual vibrations – Low-quality components – Skipping regular maintenance And when it fails… it doesn’t just stop a crane, it stops your entire operation. Timely decisions always cost less than delayed repairs. . . . . . . #EOTCrane #Cranes #Manufacturing #Engineering #IndustrialSolutions #FactoryOperations #MaterialHandling #HeavyEngineering #MaintenanceMatters #MakeInIndia #IndustryInsights

The OEM gives you 14 weeks. The crane can't wait 14 weeks. And yet, most maintenance companies still call the OEM first. Not because it's the best option. Because it's the only one they know. That's not a supplier problem. That's a market problem. The aftermarket for critical crane components exists. Hoist drums, sheaves, shafts, custom machined parts manufactured to drawing. But it's fragmented, opaque, and full of intermediaries who sell without understanding the part. The result: when you look for a real alternative to the OEM, you either go back to them or buy from someone who can't guarantee what they're selling you. That's the gap CraneMart works in. We identify critical components with unacceptable OEM lead times, manufacture them to drawing through specialized workshops in Europe, Turkey and Asia, and deliver within the timeframe the operation actually needs. No catalogue. No standard parts. Just what your equipment needs when the OEM can't deliver on time. If you work in crane maintenance, repair or fleet management and this situation sounds familiar — this page is for you. #CraneMaintenance #AftermarketParts #HoistDrum
