Hi IKEA, I'm Ilham from Jakarta. In my opinion, sales team at IKEA JAKARTA outlet seldom really help customers when they have questions about product. Mostly, they walk here, walk there, only to appear busy working. From my experience buying IKEA products, it is very hard to contact IKEA team, either by phone or by email. It's like black hole. No wonder, I often laugh, they are more busy selling food, than selling furniture.

Your warranty sucks! Took me less than 2 weeks to see the manufacturers defects on my table and still saying its not valid when the pdf sent as a warranty says 1 year, 365 days! First and last time I buy from you!

Depuis 2 canicules sont passées… et une autre est encours mais nous n’avons toujours pas de nouveau réfrigérateur.
