Are you in real estate and sick of hearing about AI? Well, 100% you’re not alone, but forget about internal optimisations sold to you by people who’ve never been an estate agent or worked in one. You need to start thinking about how you could take advantage of the biggest change in how people are deciding who to give their business to in recent memory. More and more people are going to LLMs to decide what agents to use, our data shows this! #realestate #estateagency #aivisibility

As a realtor, it’s important to acknowledge opportunities from second order effects. While many people chase the obvious hot topics like AI, there are many ways that you can capitalize on the changes happening indirectly from AI. In this case, I would highly recommend prioritizing in person events. As technical tasks get more automated, skills that are less replaceable with ai become more important. In this case, it is building quality connections with people in person adds a human touch that will be difficult to replicate with AI.

Before any AI feature ships, there's one question worth answering: what metric does this actually move? Retention? Activation? Revenue? Support load? If the answer is "we'll see" or "the team thought it was cool," you don't have a feature. You have a side project that will compete with your roadmap for the next six months. AI features don't get a free pass. They have to earn their slot like everything else.

Responsible agentic systems are built on discipline, not just intelligence. We design systems with clear guardrails: identify triggers, define tools, establish decision points, and specify when escalation to humans is required. We monitor behavior continuously, tune rules iteratively, and expand integrations only after measurable value is proven. This disciplined approach means: • Transparency: You know what your agents can and cannot do • Accountability: Behavior is monitored and logged • Trust: Systems are tuned for your business, not generic AI • Scale: Expansion is deliberate and evidence-based Responsible agentic automation isn't just better for your business—it's the only way to build systems worth relying on. #AgenticAI #ResponsibleAI #BusinessAutomation #AI #Trust #Xorventa

Everyone is talking about AI in real estate. But what happens when AI starts underwriting deals faster than sponsors can source them. In 2027, the sponsors who win may not be the ones with the best assets. They’ll be the ones who can keep up with machine-speed decision making. Do you think AI will make it easier or harder for traditional sponsors to compete for institutional capital in the next 24 months? #AIinCRE #DealUnderwriting #CRE2027 #SponsorCompetition #EquityRaising

Most companies use AI to do the same things faster. That is the floor, not the ceiling. The real prize is doing things that were not possible before: AI-driven market intelligence that surfaces opportunities your competitors cannot even see yet. A faster inbox is a nice side effect. A new revenue line is the objective. That is the Growth pillar of G.R.O.W — and it is where the real competitive separation happens. DM STRATEGY to start operating above the floor. #GrowthMarketing #AIInsights #Innovation

The #1 danger I have seen with business owners and AI is excitement. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should. One thing I added to my plan reviewer agent is ensuring that anything I am building aligns with the business goals (which I have also fed it). If it feels like a project doesn't align with them, it will push back on me before moving forward. This has helped keep me from wasting time doing "cool things" that don't add value. Another excellent evening discussing the realities of Agentic AI and the impact it's already having on businesses, processes and people. What stood out was the shift from AI experimentation to measurable outcomes, with more organisations seeing tangible ROI from adoption. A huge thanks to John Lim for posing one of the most important, yet simple questions of the evening: "How many agents are operating within your organisation?" Not a single hand went up, yet everyone agreed they need to know the answer, and soon.... As AI adoption accelerates, visibility, governance and control are becoming just as important as the use cases themselves, regardless of the model #Agent365 Need help understanding where Agentic AI can deliver value, or which model is right for which task?
