So before I’ve even done one race I’ve decided to throw my hat into the next. BIGGER, LONGER, FURTHER, SCARIER!!! The London Bloody Marathon!!!! I’ll be joining my sister @lisakatehealthandfitness on the Sunday to try and raise as much awareness and of course money as possible for the horrendous disease that is MND! I’m sure some of you are aware that my dad was recently diagnosed with this cruel disease and I am trying my best to help in anyway I can. Over the next few months I will sporadically asking you all for as much as you can give. We will be hosting quiz nights, raffles, supper clubs and variety of other stuff to make you part with your hard earned cash. So here’s your notice. Now it’s time for me to get training.
