As part of KLA Foundation’s Global Volunteer Month, KLA employees in Japan hosted a hands-on STEM workshop for students from the Yokohama Social Welfare Association. The program supported children who face difficulties in traditional school settings, giving each one-on-one guidance to explore STEM at their own pace. Their excitement and determination inspired us. Even those who find it hard to express emotions showed their happiness in meaningful ways — reminding us why volunteering matters. The #KLAFoundation believes every child deserves the chance to thrive. This experience reaffirmed the power of connection, patience, and encouragement. #GlobalVolunteerMonth
