GenAI fine-tuning meeting sensory science is exactly where food R&D gets interesting. Consumer texture language is high-resolution - depth over-indexes ~21x, subtle ~18x, layered ~13x in US texture conversations - nuance you only catch at model scale. What is the first product call it changed?
