"When you have a goal and you communicate it clearly, the right doors tend to open." Bence Nárai, Sales Business Partner at Lidl International, has been part of #teamlidl since 2022. After his professional basketball career, he spent three and a half years as a District Manager at Lidl Magyarország. He joined the Job Rotation Program in 2025 and now bridges Lidl International and local markets as a Sales Business Partner. ❤️💙💛 His first months were packed with language classes, leveling up his German to C1, but also making friends with other expats. "Meeting people with that same adventurous spirit helped build a great support network." As a huge sports fanatic, Germany has been a dream: From Bayern Munich matches and watching the football World Cup with the Job Rotation crew, to a trip to Berlin with Hungarian friends for the Women's Basketball World Championship. To top it off, they even headed to Stuttgart in November with Lidl colleagues for the opening game of the Handball World Cup. His advice for anyone considering the program? "The support system and structure are there. If you get the opportunity, go for it! The growth is worth the effort."
