Everyone talks about what a job rotation does for your career. Today is dedicated to the people it brings into your life. Arti Odedra from Lidl GB and Bianca Glăvan from Lidl România first crossed paths during onboarding week of the International Job Rotation Program. Finding out they're both on the Employer Branding team at Lidl International was the cherry on top. ❤️💙💛 Before they had even packed their bags, both started planning their lives together in Heilbronn. Over time, their friendship grew: "We learned the true meaning of patience, balance, and unconditional support through each other. With a sprinkle of fun and lots of laughs," they share. Now, everyone just refers to them as "work wives". Food became their love language, and navigating a new country became a beautiful journey of cultural exchange. By introducing each other to their native traditions, mastering the local lifestyle, and supporting one another through every challenge, they didn't just learn about different cultures, they built a real home away from home. While both still work on their German skills, they also became experts in local bread, cheese, wine, and beer culture. 🇩🇪 Working abroad has always been one of Artis' life goals: "Thanks to the incredible support at Lidl, I've been able to achieve this goal while driving projects that deliver a truly tangible impact." Bianca brings the perfect energy to match: "I'm a joyful, authentic and humorous person. Whether it's building new friendships or exploring new business areas, my goal is to keep growing and to bring my true self to everything I do."
