Linde’s Advanced Leadership Program welcomed its second EMEA cohort in Pullach, Germany bringing together 33 leaders from across the organization for a high-impact, five-day immersive experience focused on shaping the future of leadership at Linde. Through dynamic sessions and candid conversations with executive guest speakers, participants challenged their thinking, sharpened their leadership approach and explored how to lead with greater self-awareness, empower teams and navigate complexity with confidence. A defining moment of the week was an immersive business simulation, where cross-functional teams stepped into real-world scenarios — making bold decisions in a fast-moving environment and presenting their strategies to senior executives. Energized by diverse perspectives and shared ambition, the cohort pushed boundaries, built meaningful connections and strengthened the capabilities that will drive Linde forward.
