I was terminated shortly after raising concerns with HR about communication during training. After speaking up, I was told going to HR was inappropriate, and not long after I was separated from the company over transportation concerns that I believe were misrepresented. I owned reliable transportation and continued working throughout training. As a newer employee, I may have been considered a “small fry,” but employees still deserve professionalism, communication, and fair treatment. Sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions.
