Marous Brothers Construction’s Post

🏗️ Project Progress: Rivers Bend Apartments Our Multi-Family Housing Group continues to make strong progress on the comprehensive renovation of Rivers Bend Apartments in Binghamton, NY, a 256-unit affordable housing community owned by our longtime client, Vesta Corporation. Originally constructed in 1963, the 22-building property is being transformed through extensive interior and exterior improvements. Work includes new roofing, windows, building entrances, site infrastructure, sidewalks, parking lots, landscaping, and upgraded community amenities. Inside each building, crews are installing all new electrical, plumbing, drywall, HVAC systems, finishes, kitchens, bathrooms, and ENERGY STAR® appliances to create modern, energy-efficient homes for residents. ✅ Rotation 1 (47 units) complete  ✅ Rotation 2 (35 units) complete  ✅ All building roofs replaced  ✅ Sidewalks and patios completed in the first three phases  ✅ Rotation 3 now underway With approximately 50% of the overall renovation complete, this transformative project is preserving and modernizing affordable housing while improving quality of life for residents throughout Binghamton's North Side. We're proud to partner with Vesta Corporation on a project that will provide high-quality, energy-efficient housing for generations to come. #OurFutureIsBuilding #ConstructionProgress #AffordableHousing #HousingForAll #Binghamton #NewYork #VestaCorporation
