I speak to people in all positions in medical clinics, and here's what the best clinics have... Staff who LEAD FROM THEIR ROLE. "Start something with you.", as Dinny states in the video. Don't wait for others to act. Patients are depending on you! The best part... this is a learned behaviour. If you don't have staff like this in your clinic. YOU CAN! Investment in a workshop can make all of the difference, and get your staff "daring to change... daring to improve". It all starts by NOT DOING NOTHING!

Real doctors don’t just save lives… they uplift everyone around them. In healthcare, true leadership isn’t defined by titles or degrees — it’s revealed in how we treat people. The way a doctor speaks to a nurse, listens to a junior, or comforts a patient says far more than any qualification on the wall. Because knowledge can make you skilled… but humility makes you great. Let’s start honoring the doctors who heal with empathy, not ego — who lead with compassion, not control — and who remember that medicine is not just science… it’s service. #DrMedeleneVaz #HealthcareLeadership #MedicalEthics #TrueDoctors #RespectInHealthcare #IntegrityInMedicine #LeadershipWithHeart #CompassionateCare #HolisticHealing #InspiringDoctors

How to work with a physician when you are new in the hospital: 1) Be a humble student - most MDs love to teach, let them know you are there to learn & take notes 2) Do not talk about your devices, unless asked - answer briefly or get back quickly with the right answer 3) Listen 80% (or greater), if you talk - talk about patients

One of the fastest ways to kill a medical practice? Too. Many. Offerings. It’s tempting to “do it all,” but every new service adds layers of complexity — in systems, staff training, and patient experience. The most successful BHRT clinics don’t try to serve everyone — they master one transformational offer and build predictable systems around it. I’ve been diving into this topic with clinics that want to simplify and scale their BHRT programs. If this resonates, let’s connect or start a conversation in the comments — how have you handled complexity in your practice? #BHRT #TRT #HormoneTherapy #PracticeGrowth #FunctionalMedicine #IntegrativeMedicine #PatientExperience #HealthcareMarketing #EntrepreneurPhysician #BriteLive

8 Years of Medical Training vs. 1 Sachet of ORS: The Stark Reality. 💔 It’s a sobering thought: A doctor dedicates nearly eight years or more to rigorous education, specialization, and clinical experience—performing complex surgeries, diagnosing rare diseases, and mastering intricate protocols. Yet, all that hard work and expertise can become heartbreakingly irrelevant when a patient, especially a child, succumbs to severe dehydration, a condition that could often be prevented or treated effectively with something as simple, inexpensive, and readily available as Oral Rehydration Solution (ORS) or an equivalent product like ORSL. The complexity of a specialist’s skill set is often overshadowed when the fundamentals of basic healthcare—clean water, sanitation, and essential medicines like ORS—are neglected in a community or clinical setting. It highlights a painful truth in healthcare systems globally: 👉 The most advanced medical intervention is useless if basic, preventative care fails. 🤔 Doesn't the profound human value of a patient's life, and the dedicated efforts of our healthcare professionals, far outweigh the small cost of ensuring access to such foundational, life-saving solutions? Let's commit to bridging these gaps. Our patients, and the passionate individuals who care for them, deserve nothing less. #Healthcare #PublicHealth #ORS #ORSL #PatientCare #MedicalProfession #PreventativeCare #Humanitarian #Doctors
