🚀 𝗔𝗜 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝘀. Not months. Not years. While some leaders stay stuck in “AI strategy mode,” others are already: ✅ Spotting risks before they hit the bottom line ✅ Automating the work that slows teams down ✅ Making decisions at AI speed, not human speed If you are still waiting to act, you are already losing ground to competitors who move faster, operate leaner, and scale smarter with AI. The question isn’t if you need AI. It’s how soon you let it drive real outcomes. 👉 See how: https://aismartz.com/ #AISmartz #AgenticAI #AIImpact #DigitalTransformation #CLevelInsights #FutureReady #BusinessGrowth #AIinBusiness

AI isn’t just a tech challenge — it’s a trust challenge. Our latest survey of 15,000 people shows a clear opportunity: close the AI adoption gap by building confidence and proving value. Because no matter how advanced the technology becomes, it only works if people believe in it. As leaders, we have a responsibility to demystify AI—showing not just what it can do, but what it should do to improve lives, work, and society. Four powerful charts that explain where we are—and where we can go next: https://ow.ly/oWWy30sPSlH #ShapeTheFutureWithConfidence

95% of AI projects fail to scale! You've seen the MIT headline. The reasons aren't what most leaders think. I've watched brilliant AI prototypes die in production. The pattern repeats: teams focus on the model and ignore what kills deployment. There are three types of complexities that derail AI projects. Miss any one of them and your production rollout fails. In this video, I break down each complexity type and share what separates successful AI deployments from expensive experiments. Watch to learn what most AI leaders miss until it's too late. What's been your biggest challenge scaling AI projects? #LeadingWithAIAgents #AIAgents #WhyAIProjectsFail #AI #EnterpriseAI

Everyone’s talking about ROI from AI.But here’s the ROI most leaders are missing Everyone’s talking about ROI from AI such as Faster workflows, Lower costs, More output. But here’s the ROI most leaders are missing: ✅ Reputation ✅ Opportunities ✅ Integrity Because in the long run, how you use AI will matter as much as what you use it for. The businesses that win won’t just be the ones that automate the fastest. They’ll be the ones that build responsibly, protect trust, and use AI to amplify their values. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this. let's discuss below 👇 #ROI #BusinessGrowth #AIResponsibility

From what I’ve seen as I’ve been connecting with people across the professional services space, the hardest part of this new generative AI wave isn’t adopting the tools...it’s knowing where to start. It’s not a question of “is AI useful?” Most leaders I speak with can see the potential. The challenge is cutting through the noise to work out: 👉 What’s actually changed 👉 What hasn’t (and still needs human expertise) 👉 How to spot the opportunities that matter for your business So Clairum AI put together this short carousel to give a clear lens on how to think about generative AI in practice, without the hype. Want something more practical? Drop a problem you’re facing at work right now in the comments, and I’ll give you a few pointers on where the AI opportunity might lie. #GenerativeAI #AIForBusiness #ProfessionalServices #Productivity #ChangeManagement

Ever sat in a strategy meeting and quietly thought, “This AI shift feels heavier than it should”? We get it. The noise, the acronyms, the urgency to “keep up.” It doesn’t always create momentum—it can stall it. Smart leaders press pause, not because they don’t believe in AI, but because the next step feels unclear. Here’s what surprised us: the breakthrough rarely comes from more information. It comes from cutting through the overwhelm and shaping a path that feels practical, human, and aligned with the business you’re building. We’ve explored this in more depth here: https://lnkd.in/gdXedybC 📅 Curious about pragmatic AI strategies? When was the last time you admitted you felt more reactive than strategic? Many leaders quietly carry that weight with AI. The news cycle may have gone quiet, but the pace hasn’t slowed—it’s just gone underground. And that uncertainty can be harder to lead through than the hype. We’ve seen this firsthand: those who pause to ask the harder questions often uncover more pragmatic paths forward than those chasing the next glossy tool. The challenge isn’t knowing every answer. It’s creating space to honestly explore what AI should—and shouldn’t—do for your business. 📅 Curious about pragmatic AI strategies? “Winning isn’t about being the fastest to deploy technology. It’s really about understanding where AI creates opportunities to reimagine human experiences.” In the first episode of our new video series on AI's impact on strategy, ReD partner Ian Dull speaks to how companies can remain differentiated as certain capabilities are increasingly levelled out by AI. "If you can figure out where the new valuable experiences are that will come from AI," he says, "that's where you really have the opportunity to differentiate and do something new in your industry." In conversation with leaders at global organisations across technology, finance, healthcare and media, we challenge prevailing industry assumptions around AI and share what we see as the real questions companies should be asking. How to build strategies in partnership with AI? How to resist the gravitational pull towards groupthink? How to successfully integrate AI into a company's culture? Find out here. Watch Chapter I below, and stay tuned for Chapter II next week. #strategy #AI #culture

Some great thoughts here from my colleague, Ian Dull, on what it means to really 'win' with/through AI (hint: it's not just about efficiency!).

“Winning isn’t about being the fastest to deploy technology. It’s really about understanding where AI creates opportunities to reimagine human experiences.” AI is flourishing in the gaps - giving space for the embarrassing question; providing a second or third opinion on a big financial decision; providing a listening ear amidst impatient clinicians or customer service staff; giving one-person a coding team, writer's room, and prototyping workshop all at once. The more we work on developing AI capabilities and building new AI experiences, the more it becomes clear to me that the really groundbreaking AI opportunities will come from looking with fresh eyes at problems people have given up on solving. What has been unsolved for your customers for years, but everyone has just accepted as the status quo? What relationships in your industry are broken that AI could come in and replace? Whether you ask the question or not, people are likely already using AI there. And it's there that AI is likely to create fundamentally new and valuable solutions for people - not just faster or cheaper outputs. Stay tuned for more reflections from my colleagues at ReD Associates. #ai #strategy #design #humansciences #appliedanthropology
