There's a new procurement playbook out for ETF issuers picking validator infrastructure (P2P.org, link in comments) , uptime, slashing protections, custody architecture, compliance attestations. All the right questions for choosing a validator. None of it answers the question that shows up six months later: when a slashing event or a restaking reward hits, who's recording it, at what value, and can it survive an audit request. Infrastructure due diligence and reporting readiness get evaluated by two completely different teams, and right now almost nobody is checking that the second team even exists before the first team signs.

Our Readiness Index, available at https://lnkd.in/g6WsZsBu, does something the RWA tokenisation category has needed for two years. It gives an institutional buyers a specific, comparable diagnostic of their own position. Public equities consolidated their operating layer in the 1980s. Custody moved to central depositories, and clearing and reporting followed. Private markets did the opposite. They added asset classes without adding an equivalent infrastructure layer, and the fragmentation is now the cost centre nobody can invoice. If you are trying to understand where your organisation sits on being ready for tokenised infrastructure, the Index should give you a good steer, for five minutes of your time. It names your top blockers and provides some clear direction to close them.

Most regulated institutions still cannot stake without leaving custody. This single constraint keeps many institutional assets idle. Accessing staking infrastructure usually means moving assets out of the custody environment. For a regulated entity that breaks segregation, approval workflows, and the audit trail, the exact controls their frameworks are built on. The Vault and P2P.org have integrated to remove that tradeoff. P2P.org's non-custodial validator infrastructure is now embedded directly inside The Vault's institutional custody platform. Institutions delegate to validators operated by P2P.org without transferring ownership of the underlying assets. Custody is never broken, and protocol rewards are attributed to each network, not promised by either party. What it means for institutional teams: - Access protocol staking rewards without moving assets outside custody -Segregation, approval controls, and audit trails stay intact -Delegation runs through the same workflows that govern other asset movements - Live at launch on Ethereum (ETH) and TRON (TRX), with more networks to follow Read the full breakdown of how it works: https://lnkd.in/gw4nbHbj
