For #TeamOneMain, making our communities stronger through volunteering is an essential part of our culture. This #NationalVolunteerMonth, we partnered with New York nonprofit Grassroots Grocery to help feed neighbors across New York City. Our volunteers split into three teams for a friendly 90-minute competition to see who could assemble the most sandwiches. Together, we made more than 1,100 sandwiches, each one helping New Yorkers in need. Grassroots Grocery’s mission of “neighbors helping neighbors” closely aligns with OneMain’s commitment to making a meaningful, lasting impact in the communities where we live and work.
