As we refreshed our PPE to match our new company look, we saw the perfect opportunity to upgrade it as well! We’ve transitioned to Type 2 safety helmets—designed to provide superior protection against top, side, front, and rear impacts. These helmets are proven to deliver better safety outcomes, and that matters—because our crews deserve nothing less than the best.
At Phillips, #PeopleDoneRight isn’t just a hashtag—it’s a standard we live by. We’re committed to doing everything in our power to ensure every team member gets home safely at the end of each day.
The gear you're receiving is new, but our commitment is not. This is not a logo update. We're not just swapping out something. We're raising protection for everybody every day and showing our commitment to you because it's part of our people done right, the standard behind everything we do and build every day. What people don't write means your safety comes first. Physical. Mental and emotional safety here isn't about checking the boxes. It's about protecting each other, speaking up and doing the right thing. When I hear the slogan people don't right, it's ensuring that everyone is taking care of both on and off the field. And making sure that people have the everything they need to do their job successfully and ensure that they go home every night safely to their family. We all like their family right here. You know, in the in the field, we take care of each other and I take care of my partner. They take care of me and we make good thing made me I probably there. What makes me proud to work at Phillips and show up to this project every day is. The fact that my team is here to support me just as much as I am here to support them. Safety is not just a one person job. Every day we have people calling out, looking out for each other to ensure that they go home to their family and their friends the same way they came into work or healthier. A big key moment for me in this company, You know, I've only been here for about two years, and my grandfather recently passed away earlier this year. And, you know, that was really tough for me mentally. The company, without a drop of a pen, said, hey, we want you to go home, take your time, whatever you need. Just let us know if there's anything that we can do for you. I really appreciated that. And it told me, you know, that this is a very big family environment. Yeah. That they really care about their guys and shot, not just, you know, clocking a time card and clocking out. It's, it's a family that generally cares about their employees, goes that extra step beyond just physical safety, you know, new hard hats and all that. It's hey, we care about you as a person as well, not just as an employee.
I see you Bob!
