Hi Steve Hardy, I am a policyholder with Policy Expert (Policy Number: 35666006942404) and claim reference - TPEH00458384. I am posting here because I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my home insurance claim. The claim was raised in January 2026, and despite multiple complaints raised with both Policy Expert and Trinity Claims, I still do not have a clear resolution date or confirmed scope of work. The prolonged delays and lack of clarity have been very stressful for my family, and it is now affecting my children’s mental well-being.
