Private Company’s Post

Feeling fear is human. Letting it define you is a decision. Fear doesn’t mean you’re weak. It means you’re standing at the edge of growth. That’s the moment most people turn back. But that’s also where everything changes. You’ve got two options: Forget everything and run. Or face everything and rise. No one else can walk this path for you. No one else can see the vision you see. So take the next step — scared, unsure, imperfect. That’s where courage begins. Image Credit to Felix Bertram

This really resonates with me. There was a time when I would have chosen "Forget Everything And Run." Today, I'm choosing "Face Everything And Rise." I'm learning to let go of the past, forgive what happened, and focus on building a new chapter. My first fear to face? Speaking English without overthinking every grammar mistake. It won't be perfect, but growth begins when we take the first step, even if we're scared. 😊

Fear is part of being human, but it doesn’t have to determine your direction. The most meaningful growth often begins exactly where comfort ends. You don’t need to feel fearless to move forward—you just need to take the next step. Courage isn’t the absence of fear. It’s choosing to rise anyway. 💯

This is a great reminder that courage isn't the absence of fear. It's choosing to keep going even when the outcome isn't guaranteed, and that's where real growth begins.

Fear never completely disappears, but every step we take despite it makes us stronger. Growth begins the moment we choose progress over comfort.

Fear is normal, but letting it make every decision can keep you stuck longer than failure ever would. In a job search, the uncomfortable move is often the one that builds momentum, whether that is applying, reaching out, or stepping into a bigger opportunity. TryHired.co can help you turn that courage into a more focused search toward roles that fit where you want to go next. Growth usually starts when you face the thing you have been avoiding.

Inspiring perspective. Fear is a natural part of growth, and every meaningful opportunity comes with some level of uncertainty. The difference isn't whether we feel fear—it's whether we allow it to hold us back or use it as a signal that we're stepping beyond our comfort zone. Every successful entrepreneur, leader, and professional has faced moments of doubt, but progress comes from taking that next step anyway. We don't need to have all the answers before we begin; we just need the willingness to keep moving forward. Small, consistent actions taken despite fear gradually build confidence, resilience, and experience. Over time, those seemingly small decisions often lead to the biggest transformations, proving that courage isn't the absence of fear—it's choosing to act with purpose in spite of it. Great reminder that growth begins where comfort ends. 👏

Fear often shows us exactly where our next opportunity for growth is. In my experience, courage isn’t the absence of fear; it’s choosing to take the next step with purpose, even when the outcome is still unfolding. That’s where leaders expand their capacity and inspire others to do the same 💙🙏🏼💙

I enjoy challenges because they push us to think differently. Every major business improvement starts with someone willing to question the status quo and tackle what others think can't be done. That's where innovation, transformation, and real value are created.

Life doesn't always reward the right intentions immediately. But every setback leaves you wiser, stronger, and better prepared for the next opportunity. What matters is having the courage to stand up again and keep rising.

The acronym is a little cheesy but the truth underneath it isn't. Fear doesn't go away when you 'face' it, it just gets outrun by the size of your why.
