Meet Tristan Walter, MS, Manager of Sales Engineering at Resilient Structures, who has been part of the RS team for three and a half years. Tristan leads and mentors our team of Sales Engineers, helping bridge the gap between engineering and sales by providing technical expertise and solutions that support customers evaluating and implementing RS composite utility poles. Tristan began his career working for an electric utility contractor, where he gained hands on experience supporting construction projects across the United States. Through that experience, he developed a passion for the electric utility industry and knew he wanted to continue building his career in the field. Today, he enjoys working alongside the exceptional people at RS and helping customers solve complex infrastructure challenges. Outside of work, Tristan enjoys spending time outdoors, including snowboarding, hiking, and biking. Guided by the belief that growth comes from being challenged, he is always looking for opportunities to learn, develop, and push himself professionally.
