One #feedingsystem. Four lanes. Maximum efficiency. 🚀 High-volume production requires reliable and precise parts feeding. This is exactly what this 4-lane feeding system for #rivets was designed for. Components are manually loaded into the hopper in a bulk, unorganized state. A step feeder transfers them to the 4-lane sorting and orientation section, where only correctly oriented parts proceed. Incorrectly oriented parts are automatically returned to the hopper to re-enter the process. 🫱🏼🫲🏽 The rivets are then fed into a 4-way separator. There, they are positioned with the collar facing down and the shank facing up. In addition, all four parts are radially aligned identically, allowing the customer’s robot to pick up 2, 3, or all 4 rivets synchronously and reliably, depending on the process.
