If there’s someone who springs to mind when you read this, that’s your sign to drop them a message. It might make a bigger difference than you know 💚
This is such an important reminder. It's easy for all of us to get caught up in the pace of life and focus on simply getting through our own day-to-day. But from what I've learned through studying psychology, people can be struggling in ways that aren't always obvious, and a simple message or check-in can mean far more than we realise. Posts like this encourage us to pause, think about the people around us, and create space for conversations that might otherwise never happen. Sometimes feeling noticed and listened to is the first step in helping someone feel less alone.
I couldn’t agree more. How are you feeling is a good question to ask, as well as proactively listening and asking questions.
1 in 4 menopausal women experience suicidal thoughts......hot nights mean less sleep which can mean increased depression......reach out..... 💗 🙏
Social connection plays an important role in wellbeing. Encouraging people to reach out and support one another is a message that always deserves to be shared.
Everyone appreciates a check in. Letting someone know you’re thinking about them is such a gift - and it feels good too. Double win! 💚💚
Even though it is sunny and hot, don’t assume that everyone around you is ok. Reach out and ask.
I couldn't agree more, more people are struggling than you think
Absolutely. Sometimes a simple “How are you?” can mean more than we’ll ever know. Never underestimate the power of reaching out—your message could be the reason someone feels seen today. 💚
