In home and commercial service contractors where the owner is still the bottleneck, recovered admin hours go toward the parts of the business only they handle. There's so much admin work that "back in the day" pre 2022 that I had to hire administrative assistants to do. It's actually pretty insane now if you are in an admin role in a contracting business. You can become so valuable to your company by being able to use AI better than anyone else on your team to do way more work. You will essentially become a manager rather than a doer.
