Recently, Slovak PRO co-hosted an AI & Deep Tech Rooftop Networking reception in San Francisco as part of Deep Tech Week. Together with Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency and the European Startup Embassy, the event brought together founders, engineers, operators, investors, and technology companies working across AI infrastructure, edge computing, defense, sustainability, fintech, medicine, and advanced R&D. The program featured insights from Abood Hannoon, Founder and CEO of Odyssey, and Amrit Bains, CTO of YYZDATA, alongside a live demonstration of Sentinel by Precision focused on tactical, offline, and edge AI environments. Organized by Martin Rapos, Head of Industry Groups at Slovak PRO, the evening combined expert presentations, a live technology demonstration, and rooftop networking. It created space for participating companies, founders, and guests to exchange ideas, build new connections, and explore opportunities across the European and US innovation ecosystems.
