75 Stories for 75 Years | Building the Next Generation | Story 12 At Stiles, investing in people has always been about more than projects and output. It's about creating opportunities for the next generation of real estate leaders. This summer, interns from across the company experienced firsthand what makes Stiles special. For some, it was seeing how hundreds of people within a fully integrated real estate company come together. For others, it was gaining hands-on experience, learning from mentors, and discovering an industry that will shape their future. Ryan Vainder, a Financial Services intern, saw the power of Stiles' integrated platform as he rotated through multiple divisions. 🔊 "Seeing many departments for a few days at a time ingrained the company's values in me. Along the way, I realized what 'the only real estate company you'll ever need' really means. You can't learn that from the outside. You have to watch one firm design it, finance it, build it, and run it all together."
