Interesting conversation with Stefan Pastine in Techblitz on how AI’s next wave won’t be defined by better models but by what we can actually build, power, and cool. https://lnkd.in/gvZpRy6k

Right now, AI agents feel like leverage. Soon, they’ll be the system. And you’ll wonder why you ever tried to run the business without one.

Most people skip the layers. They jump from “LLM” to “AI agent” without understanding what sits between. This breakdown makes the stack easier to see from raw model access to real production systems. Save this before your next AI conversation.

Most devs never move past default. They use AI. Few know how to control it. Shift + Tab: Plan Mode → think Ask Before Edit → control Edit Automatically → speed Auto Mode → balance It’s the difference between guessing… and building with intent.

At the Microsoft AI Tour in Helsinki today. Less hype than expected, more focus on real use cases and business value. Not every session went deep, but overall a solid event. AI is clearly starting to deliver real impact in day-to-day work. (Toni Poikela and Jonni Purho )

Fun fact from the Arena AI leaderboard: the latest Claude models are quietly dominating almost everything — not just code, but text, documents and vision as well. Looks less like a leaderboard and more like a reminder that real user preference beats benchmarks. https://lnkd.in/dWcW8Yh3

Most AI conversations get stuck at the hype. Few tackle what actually gets deployed or moves the numbers. This event is about getting past the buzzwords to see how actual operators integrate and scale AI in practice. The application, not the headline. Good to gather with a tight crew—only 25 in the room. Conversations will be high trust, energy is up. Expect sharp minds. details here: https://lnkd.in/guQbKckt

When everything gets that AI sparkle, it becomes noise, not novelty. The products standing out in 2026 aren't the ones that moved fastest through the generative phase. They're the ones where someone asked harder questions after the prototype existed. That gap between a fast prototype and a product that actually works for people, that's where the data keeps pointing. We wrote about what lives in that gap, and what it takes to close it. This is an underappreciated point, the bottleneck is shifting from compute to the infrastructure holding it together. Improvements at the substrate level are going to define what AI can actually do at scale. Stefan's perspective on dielectric loss as a hidden 'tax' is a useful way to think about it.
