Welcome to the 2026 TA Awards Talent Acquisition and Talent Tech Star. This is the first year that we have introduced the Talent Tech Star. Awards in the ANZ region, so we are very excited. This is also a record-breaking year for the awards here in region. Incredible entries, very, very strong. Tonight is going to be, uh, a celebration truly. It's awesome to be with you all, and I know that everyone's going through a whole lot of change, a whole lot of a dynamic environment, but, you know, opportunities like this to spend time together builds the community, and we can all lean into that. The judging has been phenomenal. I think we had a record- number of entries, this year across Australia and New Zealand. It' was a highly competitive, uh, judging panel this year, and so I'm very excited to see who gets the accolades. To win the award is actually just freaking amazing. It's a game changer, so we're excited. Thank you so much. As a first-time judge this year, it was great to see the caliber of all, the entries. It's really fantastic to see the tremendous value that a lot of the TA teams are adding to the business. Uh, it's great to see how much the TA teams are pushing the industry forward, and I'm really excited to see what this brings in the next 12 months. And coming back next year, it'll be great to see what the entries look like next year as well.
