Anthony's been one of our key safety and health professionals for, for, many years at the site, and he really takes charge and leads the, the planning and the execution for all things safety for all turnarounds. Well, uh, first of all, during a turnaround, you're working more hours. You're seeing new people that are not familiar with your site. They coming in from all over the country. They've already established different things that they've done elsewhere, and what we try to do is put them, uh, to understand what we have here at TPC, our life criticals, uh, procedures, understand our safety guidelines, our safety managers, understand our zero, uh, attitude that we have here at TPC to not have any incidents at all while working during our turnarounds. Anthony's role is critical because, you' know, while we don't wanna have a single point, uh, person responsible solely for safety, having someone out there who can be that person that they can go to and ask questions of and rely on those trusted answers to provide guidance and support is critically important. Uh, we're all busy doing our, our different tasks, but having Anthony out there with his critical eye on the actual safety aspects is very, very helpful. And it's important to a turnaround because a turnaround's not gonna be successful if somebody gets hurt. And, uh, it's everyone's responsibility, but Anthony helps us make sure we stay focused. If you' measure Anthony's effectiveness in what he does, it's, it's... He's visible. He's accountable. He's in the field. Uh, he's available for, for our partners out there. He answers the questions. He's humble. He seeks a- uh, advice when he needs it. But, uh, Anthony is sought out frequently for what he brings to TPC, his, his competency, uh, in, in all things that make him a great safety professional. We really appreciate Anthony. Anthony stands out because he's such an expert in his field, and he leads by example. Uh, he's always willing to step up. Um, from my perspective, I rely on him heavily out in the field during a turnaround because he's someone I can go to and, you know, when I ask a question and he gives an answer, I can trust what he actually provides is gonna be the right answer. A job in progress means that we're establishing a safety culture here, at TPC, where we're not having any incidents, uh, safety violations, environmental violations, and that I'm able to help assist in all those things that we can, uh, move forward in and become a better company in the future.
Anthony awesome the hear. You set the bar on safety leadership and being a role model. Excellent impact over the years and you were a pleasure to know!
