[POLAROID SHUTTER CLICK] My name is Manuel, and I'm a Customer Care Supervisor for Latino Health Solutions. We help Spanish-speaking members of UnitedHealthcare. I always feel that you should take as much time as you need to help the member. People sometimes do not understand how their healthcare works. So our team not only helps them with the inquiry they may have, but we also help them understand how their policy works. It's very personal when we're helping people because it takes me back to a very young age. I was translating medical terminology for my parents. When I think of my dad, he's my hero. He was a labor worker for a railroad company. And just knowing how hard he worked, I bring that every day. I try to go ahead and be as big as he was, be as great of a man that he was. We all have a very similar story. We all have that situation where we used to help our families, so that binds us and we're connecting with members. But we're also connecting with our culture, our families in a certain special way. I am Manuel and I am committed to care. [music fading]
