Giving back to the community often begins with simple acts of kindness and a shared commitment to make a difference. Recently, 18 #TeamWasco volunteers from Wasco Pipe Sabah (WPS) visited JIREH Home in Tuaran for a community outreach programme aimed at supporting the home’s children and caregivers. The volunteers contributed essential supplies, including food, hygiene items, educational materials and a chest freezer to support the home’s daily needs. They also rolled up their sleeves for gotong-royong activities to help improve the surroundings, while contributing pre-loved clothing and books as part of the initiative. Benefiting 26 children and six wardens, the programme reflects WPS’ ongoing commitment to supporting the communities where it operates. Beyond the donations, it was an opportunity for #TeamWasco to come together in the spirit of volunteerism and contribute towards creating a more caring and supportive community.
