Three vendors tried to fix this aluminium plant. All three replaced the membranes. None of it held. When we visited, fluoride was sitting at 70 ppm. Membranes were scaling every few months. Water couldn't be discharged or reused. The plant had spent money. Multiple times. And still had the same problem. Here's what nobody had bothered to check: the pre-treatment was undersized for the actual fluoride load. During peak production, spikes were hitting the membrane stack with zero warning. No monitoring. No early detection. Replacing membranes was like changing a tyre on a car with broken suspension. We went upstream instead. Redesigned pre-treatment to handle real load. Tuned the membrane configuration to match corrected influent. Added SCADA so the team could see a spike coming before it became a failure. No full system rebuild. No new membranes. 88% water recovery. Membrane life: 2.5 to 3 years. The plant didn't need new equipment. It needed someone to actually diagnose it first. Swipe to see the full breakdown.

In Thermal Spray Masking, I know that strength and durability are non-negotiable. That is why I stand behind our 2-Component Putty. Unlike single-component products, it chemically cures for a stronger bond and more precise application. I have seen how it performs in demanding environments where repairs need to last. We helped a UK water treatment plant cut unplanned downtime by 40% after replacing ageing valves with a tailored ball‑valve + actuator package from our manufacturer partners. The problem was frequent seal failures and slow actuation; the solution combined stainless‑steel materials, low‑torque actuators and factory testing to IP68 and EN standards. The result: higher reliability, fewer emergency call‑outs and measurable maintenance savings in under six months. If you manage plant uptime or procurement, let’s compare material and actuator options to match your service conditions - we’ll share the test data and lifecycle estimates. https://wix.to/WDwgpog 🔧📈 #IndustrialMaintenance #WaterTreatment #ValveTechnology

Choosing the right valve isn't just about pressure and flow - it's about the media you're handling. Water, steam, gas, chemicals, and slurry all place different demands on a valve. Selecting the wrong one can lead to leaks, wear, unplanned downtime, and higher maintenance costs. To help you make the right choice, we've put together a guide covering the key factors to consider for some of the most common media: https://hubs.li/Q04ntkKx0 #ramenvalves

Every chemical media has a replacement cycle, but is your media still delivering the level of protection your facility needs? As chemical media nears the end of its service life, contaminant removal efficiency can gradually decline. Reduced adsorption capacity means corrosive gases have a greater chance of reaching critical areas, increasing the risk of corrosion-related damage to sensitive electronics and control systems. That's why media replacement isn't just about changing the media bed. It's about restoring filtration performance, maintaining protection levels, and ensuring your gas phase filtration system continues to operate as intended. Bry-Air helps facilities evaluate their environment and gas exposure before recommending the most suitable BRYSORB™ media for long-term protection and reliable performance. Swipe through to understand why timely media replacement matters. #BryAir #BRYSORB #ChemicalMediaReplacement #GasPhaseFiltration #CorrosionControl #ControlRoomProtection #Industria

In water and wastewater treatment, chemical handling needs to stay predictable. The T Series magnetically coupled gear pumps are designed for applications that require precise chemical dosing and controlled chemical transfer, without relying on mechanical seals. The seal‑less magnetic drive removes a common leak risk while supporting stable, non‑pulsating flow. Why the T Series fits treatment systems: •Leak‑free, seal‑less magnetic design •Smooth, repeatable flow for dosing and transfer •Materials resistant to corrosive treatment chemicals •Built for continuous operation Used in filtration systems, wastewater treatment, and chemical handling processes where reliability matters more than volume. 👉 Explore the T Series: https://lnkd.in/e5ZCxS7H #WastewaterTreatment #IndustrialPumps #IndustrialWastewater #FluidHandling #ChemicalDosing
