We’re looking for a motivated, organized, hands-on cGMP Production Leader to oversee manufacturing operations in our state-of-the-art cGMP facility in Thousand Oaks. ✅ What you’ll do Lead a team of technicians producing 20BLOC’s HBOC and other protein products for pre-clinical and early-stage clinical studies Drive hands-on execution of production runs using established protein conjugation processes Partner cross-functionally with QA/QC and R&D to ensure safe, compliant production Manage operational systems, documentation, training, batch record execution, and metrics Own production deviations and coordinate follow-up, closure, and compliance activities 🎯 What we’re looking for AA/BS in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Operations, or equivalent experience 5–7+ years in pharma/diagnostic production with 5+ years in cGMP people management Strong knowledge of GMP manufacturing including single-use and stainless equipment Experience with change control, CAPA, and regulated manufacturing environments Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills 📍 Full-time | On-site | Monday–Friday | Thousand Oaks, CA 💰 Salary Range: $95,000–$140,000 annually Email your resume to Jobs@20Bloc.com.
