An AI Assessment is a specialized (IT) Architecture Assessment focused on adoption of AI technology within an organization (as opposed to development of new AI technologies). The AI Assessment typically encompasses review of all AI technologies and / or opportunities from an enterprise perspective, but can also be done with a targeted focus on one subdomain within the enterprise or on a specific AI product under consideration for adoption. The goal of this type of assessment is to reduce the risk associated potential adoption of one or more AI technologies and to help prepare the enterprise to integrate those new capabilities within the larger existing IT ecosystem.
