As employers face a continued rise in healthcare costs, ICHRAs do hold promise, but barriers to adoption remain, according to a new survey. More than a third of employers either planning or evaluating an individual coverage health reimbursement arrangement, or #ICHRA, according to the survey from the Employee Benefit Research Institute and Morgan Health.
