Your brain controls dozens of tiny movements without you even noticing. For a robot? None of that is intuitive. Every movement has to be learned from data: That’s exactly what Haptikos Inc. is solving. Instead of programming every motion by hand, a person wears a lightweight exoskeleton glove that captures every finger movement with 24 degrees of freedom, sub-millimetre precision, and even records force, contact and tactile feedback. In other words: It doesn’t just capture where your hand moves. It captures how you interact with the world.
