  • This summer, millions of people around the world have been reminded of the power of soccer to inspire, connect and bring communities together. Beyond the excitement of the game, soccer continues to create opportunities for young people to build confidence, strengthen leadership skills and form lasting connections. From community soccer clinics to safe places to play, we’re proud to partner with organizations that help demonstrate how sports can create opportunities for young people to learn, grow and connect. Most recently, our collaboration with the Bresee Foundation in Los Angeles brought more than 100 children together for a day of soccer, teamwork and connection, demonstrating how sports can create meaningful opportunities both on and off the field. While the excitement of the season may fade, the impact continues every day in communities around the world. When young people have access to supportive environments where they can learn, play and believe in their potential, they are better equipped to pursue their goals and shape their futures. #PepsiCoFoundation #YouthOpportunity #SportForGood #CommunityImpact #Soccer

  • Every community has a story. For generations, progress across America has been driven by people who saw a need, rolled up their sleeves and worked to make life better where they live. As the United States marks its 250th anniversary, we're recognizing that spirit by supporting the organizations helping strengthen communities across the country. This year, PepsiCo and the PepsiCo Foundation are supporting 250 nonprofits across the United States that are working to expand food access, support farmers, improve access to safe water and create workforce opportunities in communities of every size. This initiative reflects a belief that meaningful change often starts locally, with people coming together to solve local challenges, create opportunity and strengthen the places they call home. Together, these 250 organizations are helping build a stronger future across America. Read more: https://lnkd.in/gaUDmCDv

  • Lasting impact is built on a few things that hold true over time.    Across this work, we see it consistently: investing in people, strengthening systems, and working in partnership leads to more durable progress and points to what comes next.    Looking ahead, the focus remains on deepening impact where it matters most, continuing to invest in the systems communities rely on, and building solutions shaped by local insight and designed to last.   Swipe through for three lessons helping shape the future of impact.   Discover the future of impact: https://lnkd.in/gac7TXWB

  • Lasting impact means strengthening the systems communities rely on every day.   Across food access, safe water, farming, and workforce development, PepsiCo and the PepsiCo Foundation focus on working alongside partners and communities around the world to build solutions that designed to last.    These efforts go beyond individual programs. They reflect the power of community-led partnerships, local collaboration, and investments in people that help strengthen the systems supporting healthier communities, stronger livelihoods, and more resilient futures over time.   Because lasting progress happens when solutions are built alongside communities and designed to endure.    Read more about how we’re helping strengthen systems in the 2025 PepsiCo Global Social Impact Report: https://lnkd.in/gFfygvut

  • Impact begins with people. The people working to strengthen their communities. The students pursuing new opportunities. The volunteers, farmers, and local leaders helping create progress that lasts. From helping expand access to education and workforce opportunities to helping strengthen livelihoods and community resilience, these efforts reflect the power of investing in people and supporting locally led solutions. As Victoria Barrios, a PepsiCo Foundation Scholarship recipient and first-generation college student, shared: “Receiving this scholarship gave me not only financial support, but also reassurance that I could continue pursuing my education and future career goals without constantly worrying about how I would afford everything.” Because lasting impact is ultimately about people and the futures they are helping shape every day. Across our work, one thing is clear: investing in people, local systems, and communities helps build long-term resilience. From supporting olive farming communities connected to Alvalle in Spain, to strengthening plantain supply chains through NatuChips programs in Colombia, PepsiCo and the PepsiCo Foundation are working alongside partners and communities to help strengthen livelihoods, local economies, and the systems that support them. When communities have access to opportunity, resources, and long-term support, resilience grows. For communities, for local economies, and for the future of business.    Discover how we’re helping build more resilient communities in the 2025 PepsiCo Global Social Impact Report: https://lnkd.in/g8CCGa9h

  • Real impact doesn’t happen all at once. It’s built over time, through people, partnerships, and progress that adds up. The farmers helping protect generations of tradition. The students gaining access to safe water. The families receiving meals when they need them most. The community leaders and partners helping build stronger futures every day. Today, we’re proud to share the 2025 Global Social Impact Report, highlighting the collective impact of PepsiCo and the PepsiCo Foundation alongside partners, communities, and associates around the world. Across food access, safe water, farming, and workforce development, the report reflects how investments in people and local systems can help strengthen communities and create long-term resilience. • Farmers are at the heart of the food system, and supporting their livelihoods is critical to building a more resilient and sustainable future.   The ingredients PepsiCo relies on start with farmers and farming families, many of whom are facing growing pressure, from rising costs to climate uncertainty and an aging workforce. Supporting the next generation is essential to keeping agriculture viable for the long term.   Today, the PepsiCo Foundation and EIT Food are launching Future Harvest to help address this and support emerging farmers across Europe.   In 2026, the program will aim to support 900 early-career farmers across France, Spain, the Netherlands, Poland and Türkiye through hands-on training, mentorship and stronger peer networks to help them build more resilient, sustainable businesses.   We’re proud to partner with EIT Food and local organizations working directly with farmers and their local communities to bring this to life.   Learn more: https://lnkd.in/g3-jbJNu

  • From volunteering in our neighborhoods to investing in organizations creating lasting change, the PepsiCo Foundation Community Impact Awards show what’s possible when people and partnerships come together. In 2025, we invested $1 million in grants to 100+ nonprofits across the U.S. and Canada, nominated by PepsiCo employees who see the impact firsthand. In 2026, that investment is coming to life.      This year, the program paired grants with hands on volunteering, turning community investment into a more personal, shared experience for PepsiCo employees. For example, in Waterbury, Connecticut, PepsiCo employees partnered with Brass City Harvest to clean up a local park, prepare meals for neighbors in need, and plant seeds for a future harvest. And in Mississauga, Canada, DANI (Developing And Nurturing Independence) aims to support adults with disabilities through skills training and inclusive programming, connecting participants directly with PepsiCo employees. Together, these efforts are strengthening communities and bringing PepsiCo employees closer to the impact they help create. As we look ahead, we are excited to build on this momentum and continue amplifying stories of impact where PepsiCo employees live and work.

  • Behind every moment of impact is the work you don’t always see. In April, the PepsiCo Foundation worked behind the scenes to help shape strategy, provide crucial resources, and bring the right stakeholders together to unlock lasting change.   Across our work, that meant showcasing our innovative, scalable approach to meal access through Food for Good at the National Child Nutrition conference where we had the opportunity to host a meal-packing event that resulted in 1,000 meals donated to a local organization.    It meant showing up where decisions are shaped, engaging leaders at events like the American Association of Community Colleges Annual Conference to help strengthen pathways into high-demand careers and align workforce systems with real economic opportunity.   And it also meant helping to equip farmers in Spain through Viva Oliva, in partnership with Earthworm Foundation and The Sustainable Smallholder, with practical, accessible tools to better understand and manage soil health.   This is the work of moving from intention to impact, where strategy, policy, and collaboration come together to strengthen systems and expand opportunity at scale.
