Between April and June, our clinicians completed nearly 150,000 after-hours consults across 1,300+ skilled nursing facilities, with treat-in-place holding at 92%-93% every month. Average clinician response time improved every month of the quarter, from 2 minutes, 44 seconds in April to 2 minutes, 23 seconds in June, measured from the moment a nurse reached out to the moment a clinician engaged.
