Website Accessibility
We want our City website to work for everyone.
We are making our site easier to use. The City of Long Beach is updating our website in alignment with the latest Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidance so that more people have access to it. This includes people who are visually impaired or have trouble using a mouse.
Can't find what you need? We can help. Email us at ada@longbeach.gov, and we will send you the content you need in a way that works for you.
Having trouble with a document? Some files on our site are difficult to read. We are working diligently to update those documents so that they are easier to read. Contact us and we will help.
To request help, email ada@longbeach.gov , or call 562.570.6257. Those with limited access to a computer or smartphone may also visit a public computer lab available at any open Long Beach Public Library location.
When contacting the City for assistance receiving content, please tell us:
- What you are looking for.
- How you would like to receive it (email, large print, other).
- Your name and the best way to reach you.
