Because the legislative workplace is so unique, NCSL customizes training to meet the challenges that come with working in the legislative environment. NCSL works closely with legislators, legislative leaders and legislative staff to design and deliver custom training on a wide range of topics and skills, with training delivered in person, virtually or both. NCSL also offers hundreds of video training sessions on topics to make legislators and staff more effective.
