The study looks into how e-learning affects educational quality by taking into account individual demands, perceived learning value, and technological and electronic requirements. Using a questionnaire, information was gathered from professors at six Jordanian private universities in Amman. The findings underscore the significance of e-learning mandates and the moderating function of upper management backing in augmenting academic achievements. Faculty members should be empowered, and tools should be made available to maximize learning results.

The study focuses on the intermediary role of SCP. Data was gathered from senior and executive management personnel responsible for supply chain functions in 37 retail companies in Jordan. The collected data was analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling to assess the proposed model. The results indicate that SCP, specifically strategic partnerships with suppliers and customer relationships, act as mediators between the ASC strategy and supply chain performance. The study offers practical recommendations derived from the findings to assist retail sector managers. These findings contribute to the understanding of how an agile strategy can enhance supply chain performance in the Jordan retail sector.

In addition, this study seeks to classify the benefits of cloud computing according to their impact on supply chain management challenges. The study has adopted a descriptive and analytic approach. A questionnaire was used for collecting the data. The data analysis was done via SPSS and PLS path modeling. The study has summarized the cloud supply chain management features under one broad spectrum, including cost efficiency, simplification, flexibility, visibility, scalability, resource pooling, on-demand self-service, connected, intelligent models, and sustainability. The outcomes indicated that all the studied advantages affect all challenges somehow. Moreover, the study proved 10 main hypotheses. The internal consistency and the extent of their statistical correlation were examined. However, an inconsistency was observed between the strength of the impact and the outcomes of the determination coefficient R2.

Using Information technologies and sharing tools will add value to the educational process and by using these tools; the universities will have the power of innovation and creativity. E-learning helps in developing, managing and maintaining the students knowledge, on the other hand, it enhances the performance and learning capacity to remain innovation and competitive. This paper is measuring the readiness of the Jordanian universities for e-learning. It presents the main findings of a survey conducted to evaluate the e-learning readiness. The survey helped in analyzing three levels used for the measurement: ICT infrastructure, universities lecturers and students’ readiness, and the maturity of the external environment. This research comes to be considered as the launching point to empirically evaluate the creation of PV-EGOV in Jordan. The main aim of this research is to investigate the factors affecting the PV-EGOV in the context of Jordan. Information System Success Model (IS success model) was selected to determine the factors affecting the e-government public value in Jordan through the quality factors (system, information, and service) and their role in citizens' intention in use and satisfaction of the e-government. The structural Equation Model (SEM) approach was harnessed to obtain the results. The results indicated that the most critical determinant factor that affected the PV-EGOV was service quality. The current article has theoretical and practical implications for public institutions in Jordan. The future work trends are established in their specific sectio...

This paper discusses a number of existing outsourcing process models that guide the organization in making a decision about weather to outsource or not; and how to do the outsourcing. The outsourcing process includes decisions that change existing situation to new situation; some people may resist this change, to reduce or prevent this resistance to change we added a transition phase to an existing process model; this phase will help organizations to reduce or prevent the resistance to change during any outsourcing decision..

Our goal in this paper is to construct a novel statistical model that explores all challenges of supply chain integration and the relations between them. In this paper, we validated our proposed model through an empirical investigation using partial least square (PLS) path modelling.

One possible approach to this problem is to use the vector space model, which models documents and queries as vectors in the term space. The components of the vectors are determined by the term weighting scheme. This paper compared between a selected set from the available term weighting schemes to determine which weighting method is the best one to be used with Arabic data collections. Our results shows that the best method is the probabilistic inverse (IDFP) method; and we recommend using it as a global weighting method for Arabic data collections.

It may exceed the cost for one system to any university about 20 million dollars, (9) these systems are one of the university`s competitive advantages that governments must make available. In this study; researcher tries to explain how governments can provide enterprise systems services in all their universities in a manner of less cost and more secure through using the ERP private Cloud.

The significance of ERP has been proved through its obvious privileges by various studies in this field. The former successful history of these systems depends on the value added on organizations performance; therefore, its influence on organizations has been considered among the hottest topic till qualitative and quantitative measures have come into application in order to determine the success or failure of enterprise system. Having an overview on the previous studies of ERP system evaluation, one will find that the impact of this system on external consumer has been excluded in spite of being a fundamental part of organization's environment. The researcher aims at investigating the effect of ERP systems used at universities on the students' academic performance through which a field study will be heldìn three universities with an updated ERP system.

The senior management of these organizations has transferred its concentration on quality from operational level to match it with decisions’ making on strategic level. The researcher of this study believes that the industrial and service organizations in the Arab world are still facing various obstacles in their progress and competition with global firms. This is attributed to the obvious insufficiency in the qualitative superiority; therefore, the researcher seeks in this current study to explain the influence of qualitative superiority factors on the competitive performance of organizations. However challenges have showed to get in the way of applying such systems, although some other universities applied them, and yet failed to get the expected outcomes. In this study the writer will demonstrate Educational Enterprise Resource Planning (EERP) concept along side with the challenges faced upon application; through a field study that conducted interviews with project managers and operators working on EERP in 10 universities in KSA, Jordan and UAE. Later the writer will explain the Cloud Educational Enterprise Resource Planning (CEERP) concept as a solution in the challenges faced upon EERP application in order to gain maximum benefit from enterprise system in educational institutes.
