Resumo: Este artigo, na forma de ensaio teórico, apresenta a possibilidade de uma temporalização fenomenológica dos existentes "presente" e "ausente". Tal dinâmica tem por base fundamentalmente o tempo fenomenológico. Nosso objetivo é delinear e aprofundar este processo em específico. Para tanto, entendemos as categorias temporais "presente" e "ausente" como espécimes sensivelmente abstratas que contornam, moldam e estimulam o temporalizar do tempo fenomenológico. Porém, a título de explicação, não se trata aqui exclusivamente de uma temporalidade necessariamente husserliana. Pelo contrário, deixamos o conceito do tempo entreaberto como uma "abertura" possível para novas interpenetrações. Nossas conclusões apontam para o fato de que a "presença" e a "ausência" no tempo é a única força imperiosa que faz movimentá-lo, coexistindo aí, dois caminhos-o da "presença" e o da "ausência". Por isso, vemos o tempo aqui como uma imagem duplex (dupla).

This paper uses a fictional case study-Civilization Theta-to examine the structural predictions generated by the Deep Symbolic Systems Model (DSSM; Vondoom, 2025a) when applied to a civilization formed under two compounding conditions: institutional architecture inherited rather than organically generated, and founding contact with an indigenous symbolic system resolved through erasure rather than absorption. The paper opens with the Mediterranean positive sequence-Egypt, Greece, and Rome-as the documented baseline against which absorption-based transmission produces long-run civilizational longevity (Assmann, 2011; Burkert, 1992; Burkert, 1985). It then derives, purely from DSSM structural logic, a prediction set for any civilization formed under the opposite conditions: symbolic fracture calcified rather than resolved, Protocol Power substituting for genuine Stage 3 saturation (Tainter, 1988; Vondoom, 2025b), and an externally directed projection imperative arising from the inability to consolidate symbolically inward (Maier, 2006; Fanon, 1963). The fictional case study of Civilization Theta is then constructed to satisfy these structural conditions, and the DSSM predictions are run forward across its developmental arc. The paper argues that the structural outputs-internal polarization, institutional norm erosion, and the systematic export of the founding erasure logic into external encounters-are not contingent outcomes of policy or personality but structurally predicted consequences of the founding conditions. Civilization Theta is a theoretical instrument, not a historical description. The framework's predictive coherence is offered as the paper's primary contribution.

Establecer la fecha del éxodo israelita de Egipto, relato contenido en el Antiguo Testamento (AT) de la Biblia, ha sido uno de los mayores retos para los investigadores de estudios bíblicos, historiadores y arqueólogos que consideran al menos un fondo histórico para este relato. Y es que el AT no menciona fechas ni nombres de reyes o faraones, y las señales o “pistas” que si proporciona en su texto, son muchas veces vagas, contradictorias, o sujetas a interpretaciones. Por tal razón, se han escrito numerosos (decenas de miles) libros, artículos y ensayos en los que se proponen teorías que por lo general no han sido satisfactorias, ni de aceptación universal.
Un meticuloso análisis del relato bíblico del Éxodo, y en particular de las señales o pistas que pudieran generar una respuesta válida al enigma de ¿Cuándo ocurrió el éxodo?, encuentra que existen al parecer, fragmentos en los que se mezclan dos versiones (tradiciones) de este suceso. Los especialistas en estudios bíblicos las conocen como versión “Y” (Yahvista o de Jehová) y versión “P” (Sacerdotal). Si se tratara de dos episodios de éxodo recordados como uno solo, las contradicciones aparentes del texto se pudieran explicar sin mayor problema.
El propósito de este ensayo, es el de proponer la existencia y presentar evidencia de dos relatos en el AT de diferentes épocas. sobre la salida, escape o huida de Egipto de israelitas que habían sido oprimidos y esclavizados, y su regreso a la tierra de Canaán.

Ramesses II (r. 1279–1213 BCE) stands as one of history’s most extraordinary rulers: a king who, rather than relying on accumulated hereditary prestige, proved his right to the throne through demonstrated mastery across every domain of pharaonic authority. The Nineteenth Dynasty was young, but Ramesses did not wait for dynastic depth to accumulate — he generated it himself, through a sovereign and deliberate strategy of multi-domain competence saturation across astronomy, military command, religious governance, and monumental architecture — and then offloaded that achieved authority into stone at a scale and geographic density sufficient to sustain it across three millennia without institutional continuity. This paper applies the Deep Symbolic Systems Model (DSSM) to analyse this strategy as a theoretically significant pathway to symbolic stabilization: competence-based legitimacy as a sovereign achievement in its own right, earned rather than inherited.
Four primary arguments are developed, followed by two comparative cases that test the DSSM framework from different directions: Akhenaten as a documented case of symbolic system collapse under deliberate revolutionary destabilization, and Cleopatra VII as a late-period case of competence-based legitimacy construction within a fully saturated but dynastically alien substrate. The paper deploys original field photographs as primary material evidence and scores key artifact categories against the DSSM Field Companion Protocol (FCP).

Conquérant, grand bâtisseur, père de centaines d'enfants, homme à la longévité hors du commun : RamsesII est l'une des personnalités les plus marquantes de l'Égypte antique. Ce pharaon, qui ne se prétendait pas seulement fils des dieux mais dieu à part entière, intrigue et fascine. Aux yeux de ses contemporains, il n'était guère soumis aux lois de la nature : il s'éteignit vers quatre-vingt-dix ans, à une époque où l'espérance de vie moyenne était plutôt de trente ans. Afin d'entretenir le culte de sa personne et de marquer l'Histoire, RamsesII fit construire des édifices grandioses. D'innombrables colosses et temples furent dressés à travers l'Empire égyptien. Ces prouesses architecturales sont autant de manifestations de la splendeur de "Ramses le Grand". Plus de trois millénaires nous séparent du règne de ce roi. Ses monuments et sa momie sont pourtant parvenus à traverser le temps, jusqu'à lui faire toucher du doigt l'immortalité.

Jahrhundert nach der Ägypten-Expedition Napoleons die Archäologie die Faszination nicht nur eines Fach-, sondern auch eines Massenpublikums auf sich zog, wurde auch die Mumie zu einer Figur des kollektiven Gedächtnisses und der Imagination, wurde auch im Film schon früh thematisiert. Mumien fanden sich in den Berichten der Archäologen über geheimnisvolle Schatzkammern und reiche Grabbeigaben; sie wurden von Sammlern antiker Stücke weltweit gesucht, standen in Privatsammlungen wie auch in Museen [1]. Schriftsteller wie Arthur Conan Doyle, Bram Stoker und Agatha Christie romantisierten die Figur des Archäologen -so, wie die Kolonisatoren und Weltreisenden in den Jahrhunderten zuvor zu Erkundern der Erde wurden, wurden sie zu Kundschaftern der Zivilisationsgeschichte. Ganze Hoch-Kulturen gewannen Gesicht, die schon vor Jahrtausenden untergegangen waren. Der Blick wurde frei auf Phasen eigener künstlerischer Produktion, auf rätselhafte Herrschaftssysteme und grausame religiöse Riten. Und Fragen nach dem Aufstieg und Fall dieser Kulturen stellten sich, gingen in die Produktion populärer Geschichtsmodelle ein. Nun nimmt die Mumie eine Sonderstellung ein, weil nicht nur die exzesshafte bauliche Ehrung der toten Könige weit über die abendländischen Beerdigungsriten hinausging, sondern die Konservierung des toten Körpers deutlich gegen die gewohnten Weisen des Umgehens mit Verstorbenen verstieß. Bereits im 19. Jahrhundert entstanden Mythen darüber, dass Pharaonengräber von Flüchen geschützt seien, vielleicht sogar von lebend-untoten Wächtern bewacht würden. Eine der Erzählungen über die Gründe des Untergangs der Titanic berichtet von einem Sarkophag mit Mumie, die auf dem Schiff nach Amerika transportiert werden sollte, eine Mumie, die während der Fahrt Rache nahm für die Störung ihrer Grabesruhe (allerdings enthält keine der Transportlisten der Titanic einen Hinweis auf einen Sarkophag). Ja, das Gewebe der Geschichten geht bereits in der frühen Geschichte des Stummfilms weiter: Da ist die Rede von Wissenschaftlern, die Mumien zu neuem Leben erwecken, von mumifizierten Leichen, die in neuer Gestalt dem Forscher begegnen, von Ver fluchungen, die diejenigen heimsuchen, die Mumiengräber ausheben, und sogar von Betrügern, die sich als Mu-Herrschaftsverhältnisse, der Status von Menschen als Götter, sagenhafte Reichtümer, zudem Hinweise auf Opferrituale, deren Sinn sich nicht zu erschließen vermochte, unentzifferbare Schriften. Das änderte sich nun: Die wissenschaftliche Analyse brachte Licht in das Dunkel der Geschichte, sie trieb den Mumien das Geheimnis aus und verschob ihre populären Imaginationen in das Reich des Imaginären und des Phantastischen [6]. Wiedererweckungen, geheimnisvolle Wächter, Flüche, die alle bedrohen, die sich den Toten nähern -all dieses gehört dem Mummenschanz des Schaudern-Machens an, ist Material eines narrativen Spiels, nicht aber Teil der Realität. Diese Mumien der Realwelt stehen heute neben den Mumien der Imagination und der Fiktion, die die älteren Motive und Ikonographien des Mumien-Wissenskomplexes fortführen. Das Mumien-Monsterwesen ist bei allen Veränderungen der Blickordnungen und der Beurteilung der Blickobjekte nicht tot, sein Ende ist nicht in Sicht: Für den Sommer 2017 ist der Start von The Mummy (eine Produktion des Universal Monsters Cinematic Universe, dem wiederum das Mummy-Franchise gehört). Tom Cruise wird den Wissenschaftler-Protagonisten spielen, die französisch-algerische Sängerin und vor allem aus HipHop und Street-Dance bekannte Sofia Boutella die wiedererwachte Mumie, die ihren über Jahrtausende gewachsenen Zorn an den Menschen auslassen will. This study presents a detailed object-centered analysis of a faience shabti of the Viceroy of Kush, Hori I, attributed to the tomb context at Tell Basta (Bubastis). While approximately thirty shabtis of this individual are known today, their archaeological context, dispersal, and modern reception remain only partially understood.

By combining epigraphic examination, typological assessment, and archival provenance research, this paper reconstructs both the ancient and modern trajectories of the object. Particular attention is given to inconsistencies in prior scholarship, notably the misalignment between catalogue entries and illustrations in Scott (1992), as well as the critical reassessment of measurements and identifications discussed by De Haan (2019).

The study further integrates previously underutilized archival sources, including material from Superior Galleries (1978) and the Khayat collection, enabling a more precise reconstruction of the object’s market history. New evidence suggests that parts of the Sotheby’s 1979 group (Lots 82–84) reappeared in subsequent sales, offering fresh insight into the dispersal patterns of the Hori I corpus.

Methodologically, the paper adopts a “deep publication” framework, emphasizing transparency, reproducibility, and the integration of structured data with narrative analysis. The result is both a refined attribution of the object within the known corpus and a demonstration of how privately held artefacts can be rigorously embedded in scholarly discourse.

This contribution advances the understanding of the Hori I shabti group and illustrates the potential of object biography as a tool for bridging archaeology, art market studies, and digital humanities.

Ancient Egypt civilization is among one of the four earliest civilizations along with Mesopotamian civilization, Indus valley civilization and Chinese civilization. As all of the ancient civilization were settled along bank of Major Rivers (Mesopotamian Civilization near Tigris-Euphrates River, Indus valley civilization on Bank of Indus River and Chinese civilization along bank of Yellow River), Egyptian civilization was settled along the fertile banks of the Nile River in the late fourth millennium BCE, Egyptian civilization developed a centralized political system, complex religious ideology, and remarkable achievements in monumental architecture. This paper examines the formation of Egyptian civilization from its earliest Nile settlements to the consolidation of dynastic rule and the emergence of divine kingship. Particular attention is given to the Old Kingdom, often described as the Pyramid Age, during which large-scale state organization enabled the construction of the pyramids at the Giza plateau. By analyzing the interaction between geography, political authority, and religious cosmology, the study explores how Egyptian rulers mobilized labor and resources on an unprecedented scale. The pyramids are examined not merely as royal tombs but as expressions of sacred kingship and state power. Through this investigation, the paper highlights the historical development of Egyptian civilization and its lasting architectural legacy.

ABSTRACTFor centuries, ancient Egyptian Royal mummies have drawn the attention both of the general public and scientists. Many royal mummies from the New Kingdom have survived. The discoveries of the bodies of these ancient rulers have always sparked much attention, yet not all identifications are clear even nowadays. This study presents a meta‐analysis to demonstrate the difficulties in identifying ancient Egyptian royal mummies. Various methods and pitfalls in the identification of the Pharaohs are reassessed since new scientific methods can be used, such as ancient DNA‐profiling and CT‐scanning. While the ancestors of Tutankhamun have been identified, some identities are still highly controversial (e.g., the mystery of the KV‐55 skeleton, recently most likely identified as the genetic father of Tutankhamun). Der Titel des Echnaton "Der Einzige (Sohn) des Re" hat den Zweck, die tägliche Versorgung durch den Sonnengott-Vater Re zu sichern. Re garantiert auch  in Amarna die tägliche Versorgung der ägyptischen Gesellschaft  (niemals Aton). Die Aushackung des Amun hat allein die Absicht, Re juristisch (und damit alle Lieferungen des solaren Hochgottes an die staatlichen sakrale Areale) universell an seine Stelle zu setzen. Es gibt keine konsequente pauschale  Verfolgung des Amun-Namens oder die anderer Götter, sondern nur die Umwidmung von Sakralbauten  im Interesse der Macht des Palastes und seiner Elite. So musste etwa die ägyptische Orakelgebung nach dem Dekadenkalender (z.B. im Osten von Karnak mit dem Gem-Aton) geändert werden. Aton und die königliche  Vereinigung mit Aton blieb wie die Erneuerung der Schöpfung am Palast ein geheimer Teil der königlichen Festbauten (neues Achmenu notwendig in Karnak!). Es gab niemals eine neue, geheime , "Religion des Lichtes" in Ägypten. Auch die neue  festliche Sonnenhymnik (der Elite des Palastes), die dort übliche und international verständliche, abendliche Vereinigung mit der Aton-Scheibe und die Wiederholung der Schöpfung haben einen feststehenden rituellen Platz und einen jeweils genauen Zeitpunkt (erste Morgendämmerung (auch die Schöpfungshymnen in ihrer Grabposition nahe dem Eingang).

During the last 7 years, the excavations in front of Karnak Temples in Luxor have brought to light rich material, like coins, amulets, molds, grinding stones, and the most popular: terracotta figurines, which are considered an important element for documenting different aspects of the daily life in ancient Egypt during
