Realitas ini memicu ragam krisis sosial, seperti kebangkrutan finansial, perpecahan keluarga, dan problem kejiwaan yang serius. Ironisnya, mayoritas pemain justru merupakan masyarakat dari kelas ekonomi bawah. Data PPATK membuktikan 71 persen penjudi berpendapatan kurang dari lima juta rupiah tiap bulannya, dan didominasi oleh kelompok usia produktif antara 20 hingga 30 tahun.2 Aksesibilitas gawai membuat judi digital kini sangat lekat dengan keseharian masyarakat dan bisa diakses kapan saja. Sebenarnya, wacana ini telah dibahas secara lugas oleh Al-Qur'an belasan abad silam melalui terminologi maisir dengan ketetapan yang pasti. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kembali makna maisir dalam kitab suci, mengeksplorasi pandangan mufasir, serta mengimplementasikan kaidah tafsir untuk membuktikan universalitas larangan berjudi, tak terkecuali pada platform virtual masa kini. B. Gambaran Masalah: Darurat Judi Digital di Indonesia Perjudian siber memiliki perbedaan mendasar dengan versi konvensionalnya, terutama pada aspek kemudahan akses dan kerahasiaan identitas pemain. Berbeda dengan masa lalu di mana orang harus mendatangi lokasi spesifik untuk bertaruh, saat ini aktivitas tersebut dapat dilakukan hanya melalui ketukan di layar ponsel. Variasinya pun sangat banyak, mulai dari mesin slot virtual, undian nomor daring, taruhan olahraga, sampai permainan kartu digital. Kepraktisan dan fleksibilitas inilah yang membuat daya rusaknya jauh melampaui judi biasa.

In its original version, control-value theory describes and explains achievement emotions. More recently, the theory has been expanded to also explain epistemic, social, and existential emotions. In this article, I outline the development of the theory, from preliminary work in the 1980s to early versions of the theory and the recent generalized control-value theory. I provide summaries of the theory's evidence-based propositions on antecedents, outcomes, and regulation of emotions, including the fundamentally important role of control and value appraisals across different types of human emotions that are relevant to education (and beyond). The theory includes descriptive taxonomies of emotions as well as propositions explaining (a) the influence of individual factors, social environments, and socio-cultural contexts on emotions; (b) the effects of emotions on learning, performance, and health; (c) reciprocal causation linking emotions, outcomes, and antecedents; (d) ways to regulate emotions; and (e) strategies for intervention. Subsequently, I outline the relevance of the theory for educational practice, including individual and large-scale assessments of emotions; students', teachers', and parents' understanding of emotions; and change of educational practices. In conclusion, I discuss strengths of the theory, open questions, and future directions. This study assessed the level of implementation of the Child Protection Policy and the challenges encountered during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using a descriptive research design, data were gathered from selected school personnel to determine the extent of policy implementation and the difficulties experienced in protecting and safeguarding learners during the pandemic. The findings revealed that the policy was generally implemented; however, challenges related to monitoring student welfare, communication, and reporting mechanisms were encountered. Based on the results, an action plan was developed to strengthen child protection measures and improve policy implementation during emergencies and similar situations.

L'articolo ricostruisce una protesta civica sviluppatasi ad Alessandria nel 1894 intorno agli interessi pubblici della Sezione Rovereto. A partire da un verbale pubblicato da L'Avvisatore della Provincia il 10 marzo di quell'anno, il contributo esamina il rapporto tra trasformazioni urbanistiche, demolizione dei rinterri fortilizi, vicenda del Foro boario e percezione di marginalizzazione del quartiere. Il caso consente di osservare come, nell'Alessandria ottocentesca, il passaggio dalla città militare alla città civile avesse prodotto non soltanto nuove sistemazioni urbane e commerciali, ma anche tensioni locali, squilibri economici e richieste di rappresentanza da parte delle comunità cittadine.

Bullying is an act that aims to destroy, disturb, or endanger that is done intentionally by someone or a group of people. English academic performance is simply how well someone does in school subjects where they learn English. This includes things like reading, writing, speaking, and listening. This study was aimed to focus issues with bullied especially in English students' performance in SMA Nurul Iman Palembang. There were 83 students, 1 Vice principal and 1 English teacher participated in this study. The research utilized a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. The data were collected by using a questionnaire, an interview and document review. The result of the questionnaire revealed that 83 students (43.37%) admitted they had ever been bullied. The findings also showed that type of bully that mostly occurred in the participants' classroom was 52.9% of students have Verbal bullying behavior, followed by Rational bullying (39.8%) and 65.0% of students have less category in English academic performance. Next, the findings of the written interview with the 83 students showed that psychologic with a poor climate may have a higher rate of bullying. Simple regression analysis showed that (p= 0,000 < a 0,05 and r value is -0.766) there was a significant negative correlation between the types and the factors that caused bullying and English academic performance in the classroom.

fotogłosowych partycypacyjnych badań w działaniu (PAR) prowadzonych
od marca 2022 roku do lutego 2023 roku wśród rodziców w sytuacjach wieloproblemowych, którzy doświadczyli ryzyka powierzenia potomstwa instytucji pieczy zastępczej bądź zmierzyli się z odebraniem im dziecka. Autorka nawiązując do koncepcji „praktyk narracyjnych” autorstwa Jaber Gubrium i Jamesa Holsteina [1998], rekonstruuje proces tworzenia się opowieści rodziców, uwzględniając jego elementy składowe, takie jak: zasoby narracyjne, uwarunkowania instytucjonalne, oraz działania badawcze wplecione w proces jej formowania – od postaci przed-narracyjnej (ante-narrative) do opowieści w sferze publicznej. We wnioskach końcowych pojawia się namysł nad potencjałem historii współtworzonych w projektach partycypacyjnych w krytycznym dialogu społecznym i inicjowaniu społecznej sieci wsparcia.

La experiencia Diálogos sin fronteras surge como una estrategia pedagógica entre dos instituciones educativas de Bogotá —IED República de México (VAE) y IED Francisco de Paula Santander— con el objetivo de mitigar la estigmatización que enfrentan sus estudiantes. Mediante el intercambio de cartas entre alumnos, se buscó generar vínculos de empatía, respeto y reconocimiento mutuo, superando barreras sociales, culturales y geográficas.
La propuesta se desarrolló en ocho etapas, mediante grupos focales y un encuentro virtual. Los estudiantes, seleccionados por su vulnerabilidad social y escasas habilidades comunicativas, reflexionaron sobre sus experiencias y emociones a partir de preguntas orientadoras y símbolos artísticos. Esta correspondencia tradicional fomentó una conexión más profunda que las interacciones digitales inmediatas.
Los testimonios evidenciaron transformaciones positivas: mayor apertura, disminución de prejuicios y fortalecimiento de la autoestima y del proyecto de vida. Las entrevistas y el análisis cualitativo (Atlas.ti) mostraron cambios en la percepción frente al “otro”.
La experiencia demuestra que una educación centrada en la comunicación afectiva y el trabajo colaborativo puede reducir la estigmatización y promover la convivencia, con impacto emocional y social significativo.

Příspěvek se zaměřuje na roli pedagogických pracovníků v prevenci meziskupinových konfliktů, zejména v kontextu generační a kulturní diverzity. Na základě analýzy současných výzkumů a praktických zkušeností z oblasti meziskupinových vztahů identifikuje klíčové faktory, které přispívají k eskalaci konfliktů (generační stereotypy, mediální zkreslení, politická rétorika) a navrhuje pedagogické strategie pro jejich zmírnění. Důraz je kladen na význam komunitních projektů, mediální gramotnosti a dialogických metod jako nástrojů pro budování psychické odolnosti a sociální soudržnosti. Příspěvek zdůrazňuje roli pedagoga jako facilitátora porozumění a mostu mezi různými skupinami.

This study aimed to explore the approaches and challenges met by schools in implementing the Child Protection Policy (CCP). The study results are as follows: the participants remarked three (3) approaches based on the results, namely: essence of child protection policy in education setting; handling cases under the child protection policy; and components of an efficient child protection policy; participants recognized four (4) important challenges raised such as challenges in implementing child protection policy; roles and responsibilities in implementing child protection policy; stakeholders’ responsibilities in enhancing child safety; and learning and understanding in implementing child protection policy; and a proposed policy framework is being proposed for adaption by the schools for teachers.

Studie analyzuje formativní životní situace, tzv. kritické incidenty, a představuje Cyklus kritických incidentů (CKI) (Sieglová, 2023) popisující tyto incidenty jako proces bezprostředních emočních, kognitivních a behaviorálních reakcí a jejich následného metakognitivního a meta-behaviorálního zpracování. Výzkum vychází z více než 400 narativů studujících vysoké školy ekonomického zaměření zpracovaných tematickou a narativní analýzou. CKI je představen nejen jako metoda kvalitativního výzkumu, ale i jako didaktický nástroj pro osobní rozvoj a vzdělávání dětí i dospělých. Studie popisuje fáze CKI, metodiku práce s daty a způsoby jeho využití i v profesní a pedagogické praxi. V závěru jsou formulována doporučení pro aplikaci CKI ve školství, firemním vzdělávání a autonomním učení.

Masa remaja adalah masa transisi yang penuh tantangan, di mana perubahan psikologis, sosial, dan lingkungan kerap memicu krisis emosional yang memengaruhi kesehatan mental mereka. Penelitian ini hadir untuk mengeksplorasi seberapa berarti dukungan psikologis dari guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) bagi remaja yang sedang berada di fase sulit tersebut. Melalui metode studi literatur terhadap berbagai jurnal nasional yang relevan, kajian ini menemukan bahwa kehadiran guru BK sangat krusial dalam meredam kecemasan, membangun ketahanan emosional, dan melatih kemampuan adaptasi siswa. Lebih dari sekadar pembimbing akademik, guru BK bertindak sebagai pendamping emosional yang membantu siswa menghadapi tekanan dengan lebih sehat. Oleh karena itu, layanan BK di sekolah sudah semestinya dikembangkan dengan pendekatan yang lebih humanis dan peka terhadap kebutuhan psikologis remaja.

Artykuł zawiera opis doświadczeń zebranych podczas realizacji projektu badawczego poświęconego biograficznym doświadczeniom awansu i reprodukcji klasowej. W ramach projektu realizowane były wywiady biograficzno-narracyjne z naukowcami, artystami i menedżerami biznesu, którzy w toku życia doświadczyli międzypokoleniowego awansu klasowego lub podążają ścieżkami zawodowymi co najmniej jednego z rodziców. Autorzy koncentrują się na aspektach metodologicznych. Praktykując założenia socjologii refleksyjnej, szczególną uwagę przywiązują do roli pozycjonalności badaczek i badaczy w całym procesie badawczym oraz do konieczności jej ciągłego kontekstualizowania w toku pracy zespołowej. Z uwagi na koncentrację badań na klasie i biografii istotne staje się rzetelne uwzględnienie w procesie badawczym i analitycznym klasy jako kluczowej kategorii wpływającej na sytuację wywiadu biograficznego, interpretację zebranego materiału, pracę emocjonalną badaczy oraz dynamikę zespołu badawczego.

Family mental health is an important aspect of individual and social well-being. However, public understanding of mental health remains relatively low and continues to be a common issue in society. This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of a family-based mental health psychoeducation program in improving public awareness and understanding of family mental health. The research employed a qualitative method with a case study approach at the Family Planning Center in Sako District, Palembang City. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and direct practice during the community service program. The activities included community socialization, the Emotion Bank program, counseling corners, maternal mental health psychoeducation, adolescent mental health education, and digitalization of community services. The findings showed that the program increased community participation, emotional openness, understanding of family mental health, and awareness of psychological well-being. Participatory and communicative approaches also helped participants feel more comfortable receiving education and psychological support effectively.

Permasalahan emosional yang dialami oleh anak usia dini, terutama perilaku menarik diri dan kesulitan dalam berinteraksi sosial di lingkungan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan metode studi kasus, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung serta wawancara dengan guru dan orang tua anak yang menunjukkan gejala tersebut. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa perilaku menarik diri dan kurangnya kemampuan bergaul berkaitan dengan ketidakmatangan perkembangan emosional anak. Faktorfaktor penyebab meliputi aspek dari dalam diri anak, seperti rasa malu, kecemasan, dan kepercayaan diri yang rendah, serta faktor dari luar seperti pola pengasuhan yang terlalu membatasi dan kurangnya pengalaman sosial di rumah. Dalam hal ini, peran guru sangat penting sebagai pendamping yang dapat menciptakan suasana belajar yang mendukung serta memberikan strategi pendekatan yang sesuai. Kerja sama yang erat antara pendidik dan orang tua menjadi langkah kunci dalam membantu anak mengatasi hambatan tersebut agar dapat berkembang secara sosial dan emosional menjadi pribadi yang lebih terbuka dan percaya diri.

Bullying merupakan perilaku agresif yang dilakukan secara sengaja dan berulang terhadap seseorang yang dianggap lebih lemah. Perilaku bullying dapat berupa kekerasan fisik,berbentuk verbal, dan cyberbullying. Tindakan-tindakan tersebut dapat menyebabkan anak merasa takut, malu, dan kehilangan rasa percaya diri.

Suomalaista kasvatusta kriittisesti tarkastelevat tutkijat ovat huolissaan maamme yhteiskuntakasvatuksen tilasta. Yhteiskunnallista tiedostamista lisäävät lähestymistavat opettajan ammattiin ja koulumaailmaan, kuten demokratia -ja osallisuuskasvatus tai kriittisen ajattelun taidot, ovat vähäisessä roolissa niin peruskouluissa kuin opettajankoulutuksessakin. Aaro Harju (2013) arvioi, että vain pieni osa väestöstä saavuttaa valmiudet käyttää demokraattisia oikeuksia laajamittaisesti. Erilaiset tutkimukset (esim. Kupari, Suoninen & Törmäkangas 2010, Kuparinen & Siisiäinen 2012) osoittavat, että suurin vaikutus nuorten poliittiseen kiinnostukseen ja yhteiskunnallisen vaikuttamisen taitoihin on kodeilla. Koska kotona tapahtuvalla yhteiskuntakasvatuksella on merkittävä vaikutus nuorten demokraattisiin ja poliittisiin tietoihin ja taitoihin, on koulujärjestelmän pohdittava omaa osuuttaan. Tarjotakseen kaikille yhtäläiset mahdollisuudet yhteiskunnalliseen osallisuuteen, tulisi koulun tietoisesti tukea nuorten kykyä kasvaa aktiivisiksi ja demokraattisia oikeuksiaan laaja-alaisesti käyttäviksi kansalaisiksi.

Proceeding from oneness to twoness is a psychological process of relating inter-and intrapersonally. This article links the perspectives of French psychoanalyst André Green's concepts of the dead mother and narcissism with Hester Solomon, British Jungian analyst writing on the 'as-if' personality. These concepts are elucidated with the composite example of a self-described sexually addicted man. His behaviours attempted to mask the shadows of melancholy, a fragile self, and the absence of self-animation from early emotional wounds. He did not know love or the other. André Green, French psychoanalyst, described feelings of misery, lack, and emptiness. The defence against relatedness arises from fears of replicating the original object losses. He delineated death narcissism and life narcissism as limiting relationships and creating the illusionary. Narcissus could not live if he knew himself. Immersion within singularity occludes relationship to the unconscious and the other, like Echo. Jung's concept of the transcendent function evolves from inclusion of the symbolic through listening to the language of the unconscious. Through the transference and countertransference, the former disowned and split-off others, secreted in the shadows of addictions, open relatedness to self, soul, and world.
