Özet Modern futbol; artan oyun hızı, daralan zaman-mekân koşulları ve yükselen bilişsel talepler nedeniyle oyunculardan yalnızca teknik yeterlilik değil, aynı zamanda hızlı algılama, karar verme ve uyum sağlama becerileri talep etmektedir. Türkiye'deki futbol altyapı sistemleri ise çoğu zaman antrenör merkezli, önceden planlanmış teknik drill'lere dayalı ve oyunun dinamik doğasından kopuk bir eğitim anlayışını sürdürmektedir. Bu anlatı temelli derleme (narrative review) ve kavramsal analiz çalışmasının amacı, Kısıtlamalara Dayalı Yaklaşım (Constraints-Led Approach, CLA) kuramsal çerçevesi doğrultusunda futsalın futbol altyapısına entegrasyonunu incelemek ve bu entegrasyonun pedagojik temellerini kavramsal olarak tartışmaktır. PRISMA'nın sistematiklik ve şeffaflık ilkeleri rehberliğinde (meta-analiz içermeksizin) yürütülen tarama; karar verme, görev ve çevresel kısıtlamalar, oyun içi algı (affordance) ve futsaldan futbola beceri transferi temaları altında sentezlenmiştir. Bulgular, futsalın CLA ile uyumlu kısıtlamalar aracılığıyla oyuncu davranışlarının öz-örgütlenmesini destekleyebileceğini ve futbol altyapılarında çağdaş bir paradigma dönüşümü için uygulanabilir bir çerçeve sunabileceğini göstermektedir.

Kriz müdahalesi ve acil psikolojik yardım, travmatik olaylar, doğal afetler veya ani psikolojik bozukluklar nedeniyle yoğun psikolojik stres yaşayan bireylere anında destek sağlamak için tasarlanmış kritik süreçlerdir. Bu çalışma, bu müdahalelerin temel bileşenlerini ve önemini incelemektedir. Kriz müdahalesi, bir krizin hemen ardından bireyleri stabilize etmeye, psikolojik dengeyi yeniden kazandırmaya ve uzun vadeli psikolojik sorunları önlemeye odaklanır. Ana aşamalar arasında krizin değerlendirilmesi, acil destek sağlanması, başa çıkma stratejilerinin geliştirilmesi ve sürekli değerlendirme yer alır. Acil psikolojik yardım, kriz müdahalesini tamamlayarak duygusal destek, bilişsel yeniden yapılandırma ve bilgi sağlama sunar ve iyileşme sürecini destekler. Etkili müdahale, krizin hemen etkilerini azaltmakla kalmaz, aynı zamanda uzun vadeli psikolojik dayanıklılığı ve iyileşmeyi de teşvik eder. Çalışma, bu müdahalelerin uygulanmasında profesyonel bilgi ve deneyimin gerekliliğini vurgular ve bireylerin başa çıkma mekanizmalarını ve genel psikolojik iyilik hallerini geliştirmedeki rolünü öne çıkarır.

ABSTRACT
Crisis intervention and emergency psychological assistance are critical processes designed to provide immediate support to individuals facing acute psychological distress due to traumatic events, natural disasters, or sudden psychological disorders. This paper explores the essential components and importance of these interventions. Crisis intervention focuses on stabilizing individuals in the immediate aftermath of a crisis, helping them regain psychological equilibrium, and preventing long-term psychological issues. Key stages include crisis assessment, immediate support, coping strategy development, and ongoing evaluation. Emergency psychological assistance complements crisis intervention by offering emotional support, cognitive restructuring, and information dissemination to aid in the recovery process. Effective intervention not only mitigates the immediate impact of the crisis but also facilitates long-term psychological resilience and recovery. The paper highlights the necessity of professional expertise in implementing these interventions and underscores their role in enhancing individuals' coping mechanisms and overall psychological well-being.

The study proposes to rediscover the dialectics of the revolutionary element in the Egyptian identity from the perspective of sports and to crystalise its vital role in constructing the national identity. Through sports, the characters in Yusuf Al-Seba'i's distinguished novel My Heart is back (1954) shoulder the task of disentangling themselves from the shackles of subalternity; they take of sports an instrument that rewrites their individual little histories on basis of a palimpsestic approach (Jose Rabasa argues that history is evident through the metaphor of the "palimpsest" that was used for mapping the world. Actually, the colonisers applied the same technique of erasures and overwritings for remapping the history of the colonised nations. [For more information see Rabasa, José (1993). "Allegories of Atlas." Postcolonial Studies Reader. (eds.) Bill Ashcroft et al. London: Routledge, 1995. 358-64.]) of erasures and overwritings. The accumulation of their little histories redefines and rewrites the grand narrative of the whole nation. In the process, it also invokes a discourse of reterritorialisation which helps move the Egyptian people from the margins to the centre as they regain their territory as natives who should be in power. As a consequence, the cycle of history witnesses a major epoch with which a new epistéme of power is initiated.

Objective:
The  authors  considered  the  need  of  concluding  the  arbitration  agreement  to  apply  to  an  international arbitration court for sport disputes resolution. As well as, types of arbitration agreements; the problems of applying national courts for sport disputes resolution; history and definition of the agreement; effects of the arbitration agreement and  positive  and  negative  doctrine  of  these  effects,  according  to  the  current  paradigm  of  modern  sport  are  described.
 
Methods:
This article developed based on the grounded theory to close the gap between theory and empirical research in modern sport problems which needs to metadiciplinary approach for sport dispute resolution under an arbitration agreement.  Additionally,  research  on  private  international  law,  international  legal  acts  in  the  field  of  sport: 
- Code  of  International  Sport  Arbitration  on  November  22,  1994, 
- Olympic  Charter, 
- European  Charter  for  Sport, 
- New  York  Convention, 
- 1958,  UNCITRAL Model Law 2006,
-  judicial practice of the International Sports Arbitration Court,
- laws in the field of physical culture and sport, etc.

Results:
Parties  of  a  contract  which  directly  or  indirectly  connected  to  sport  activities  need  to  architect  and  agree  on  method(s) of sport dispute resolution, to realize this aim, the parties need to conclude an arbitration agreement. To understand arbitration agreement, it is needed to understand the definition and history of agreement. Arbitration agreement defines scopes of sport dispute resolution, the jurisdiction of sport arbitration institution; as well as, circumstances which may affect the conditions for recognition and enforcement of awards issued by the sport arbitration courts. 

Conclusions:
Sport arbitration practices show that because of the existence of sport problematic and mutual rights and obligations of parties, the dispute is an inseparable part of sport. Parties of a sport contract need to architect and agree on method(s) of sport dispute resolution, to realize this aim, the parties need to conclude an arbitration agreement. The  article  II  of  the  New York  Convention  (1958)  rules  obligation  of  the  contracting  States  to  recognize  and  enforce  arbitration agreements. An arbitration agreement may be concluded as a separate agreement or a clause to a contract related to sport, before or after arising a sport dispute.There are four types of arbitration agreements and courts have relatio perfecta and relatio imperfecta approach to them.The majority of domestic and international laws, rule the arbitration agreement to identify a “defined legal relationship”. Therefore,  parties  by  applying  to  an  arbitration  court  according  to  an  arbitration  agreement  cause  two  effects  which  they have “positive” or “negative” doctrines.
