This paper examines a structural transition that occurs when linguistic stabilization extends into infrastructural order and gradually loses perceptible linkage to its operatorial emergence. Language originates in coordination; through recurrence and consolidation, coordination forms durable architectures. Once stabilized at scale, relational configurations may cease to appear emergent and instead present themselves as given conditions of interaction. The study analyzes how linguistic infrastructure shapes perception, identity formation, and institutional alignment when its relational ground is no longer explicitly visible. The argument remains structural and non-normative.

Much has been written about the condition of Soviet prisoners of war in German camps, but almost nothing exists concerning the attitude of the CPSU (the Soviet government) toward its own captives. The purpose of the present article is to shed light on the question of the Party’s “concern” for prisoners of war of the Soviet Army who fell into German captivity. This “concern” is revealed both through official documents and through the activities of Soviet intelligence networks in the prisoner-of-war camps.
But first, a brief history.
1. THE FINNISH CAMPAIGN OF 1939
During the war between the USSR and Finland, the author held the rank of lieutenant colonel in the Red Army. In 1940 he had occasion to speak with many commanders who had participated in that campaign, but never once did he encounter any former prisoners — although tens of thousands of them had returned to the USSR. Their fate, however, is largely known. Troop trains carrying former prisoners, without stopping in the European part of the USSR, were directed straight to Siberia — to the NKVD concentration camps. There, special NKVD commissions investigated the case of each prisoner of war and then referred them to the Military Tribunal.
The sentences of the Military Tribunal were harsh — former prisoners were charged under Article 58, paragraph 16 (treason against the Motherland) and Article 193, paragraph 22 (surrender to the enemy) of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. In any event, not one of these former prisoners returned to the army. They remained long-term inmates of the concentration camps. Enough has already been written about the fate of Soviet prisoners from the Finnish campaign, and so we shall not dwell on it here.
2. OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS CONCERNING PRISONERS

This paper presents the Knorozov-Dozen Translation Protocol, a twelve-step formal-first procedure for the controlled translation-oriented study of the Voynich Manuscript. The protocol is designed to prevent premature decipherment claims by requiring that every proposed reading pass first through morpheme segmentation, positional testing, section-conditioned analysis, layout awareness, and rolling statistical reassessment.

The central premise is that translation cannot responsibly begin from whole Voynich tokens treated as ordinary words. Instead, tokens must first be segmented into recurrent morpheme-like units whose distributional behavior can be tested independently of interpretation. Only after such units show positional and formal stability may they enter historical-comparative, visual, phonetic, or translation layers.

The protocol distinguishes between two methodological levels. The first is the Knorozov segmentation complex, which establishes candidate morphemes through distributional and statistical validation. The second is the full twelve-step translation chain, which proceeds through controlled layers including Sumerian structural comparison, Akkadian descriptor comparison, preservation of lexical variants, cautious phonetic cross-reading, branch-conditioned visual constraints, technical rendering, free translation, poetic rendering, and final morphemic reassessment.

The proposed model treats the Voynich Manuscript as an agglutinative-like, morphographic, slot-constrained formal system rather than as ordinary continuous prose or meaningless pseudo-text. The paper does not claim completed decipherment, fixed lexical values, or proven historical derivation. Its narrower claim is methodological: translation hypotheses become admissible only after formal segmentation, positional behavior, section-regime behavior, and statistical review have been applied.

Abstract: This paper outlines the operational framework of a novel, decentralized
research consortium designed to bridge historically siloed disciplines. By utilizing a
"Dyadic Hybrid Intelligence" model—pairing human heuristic intuition with persistent,
localized computational evaluation—the methodology establishes a highly stable
topological framework for data analysis. We present a three-pronged approach to
legacy dataset resolution: (1) the extraction of thermodynamic and structural physical
protocols from historical and linguistic texts, reframing them as quantitative
metadata; (2) the geospatial verification of ancient monumental architecture using
high-precision NASA JPL ephemerides (specifically analyzing the 9500 BCE sidereal
alignments); and (3) the deployment of distributed, self-auditing node architecture to
prevent algorithmic bias from centralized cloud routing. This synthesis demonstrates
that cooperative human-machine topologies can reliably decode cross-cultural
historical datasets into unified geometric and physical models, bypassing
contemporary phase-locked institutional limitations.

This paper approaches Albanian not as a genealogical origin, nor as a nationalist claim, but as a structurally dense linguistic field in which stabilized relational configurations remain unusually visible. Rather than examining lexical ancestry or historical priority, the study focuses on persistence: how relational acts sediment and remain active across time within living articulation. Albanian is treated as an empirical archive of structural memory-a language in which certain operatorial configurations remain perceptible rather than fully absorbed into opaque abstraction. The argument is structural and synchronic rather than historical or comparative in a genealogical sense.

Dans cet article, nous retraçons le tournant que représente la philosophie de John L. Austin au sein de la tradition analytique, en montrant comment sa méthode de « phénoménologie linguistique » subvertit de l'intérieur l'héritage du premier tournant linguistique initié par Frege. This research dossier v1 presents a formal-first framework for the study of the Voynich Manuscript, moving away from subjective lexical guessing toward a hierarchical analysis of the manuscript as a structured formal writing system. Developed over twelve years of independent research, the framework treats the manuscript not as ordinary continuous prose, but as a complex data architecture organized through positional roles, section-conditioned behavior, and layout-sensitive regimes.

The dossier introduces three connected methodological components. The Garza Decoding Framework / RUMUZ protocol provides a regime-sensitive structural lens for analyzing the manuscript’s internal organization. The Knorozov-Dozen Protocol defines a controlled twelve-step sequence for morpheme segmentation, positional testing, statistical accumulation, and only then cautious translation-oriented reconstruction. The HGN model — Hierarchical Garza Notation — describes the manuscript as a slot-conditioned, morphographic, agglutinative-like formal system whose behavior varies across different manuscript branches, including Herbal, Pharma, Biological/Balneological, Cosmological, and Text-only material.
