Franz Peter Schubert is one of the 19th century German composers who composed many Lieds. Schubert Lieds are used in beginning voice training as well as being effective teaching materials in preparation for Opera - Singing Technique.
In this study, it is aimed to make a musical analysis of a work selected as a sample from Schubert's Ausgewählte Lieder album, which constitutes the universe, by examining its text, singing technique and piano writing. The opinions of field experts were also consulted in selecting the work, and among the most preferred Schubert Lieds written for female voices,
D.788 Lied Der Mignon (Edition Peters), was selected for examination. In this descriptive case study, qualitative data was obtained through literature review. Findings and interpretations obtained as a result of content analysis according to the determined criteria are presented with
figures of the piano-accompanied score of the Lied.
This study is thought to be a resource that can be used in beginning and advanced level voice education courses in the relevant programs of conservatories, equivalent educational institutions and music education faculties and, beneficial for those who teach and study in this field. In addition, it is thought that this study will set an example for similar research to be conducted in the field.

from many perspectives such as; music pedagogy, instruction methods, evaluation approaches. For almost 30 years
the online learning and education platforms based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) provides both teachers and
students with rich personal teaching/learning environments, methods, educational tools and improve the efficiency
of music education. Although there has been extensive publication in the field of AI in education and AI in the
music industry, it has been observed that publications on AI in music education have gained momentum since
2019. This situation is the most important motivation for conducting this research.
In this research, a bibliographic study was conducted through the document review method. Data were obtained
by scanning published scholar books/book chapters (n=1), articles (n=58) and conference papers (n=19) in selected
online databases and, were grouped and presented according to certain criteria. Studies between 2019-2023 that
included the terms "music education/teaching/learning" and "Artificial Intelligence (AI)" together in their titles
and abstracts (including keywords) both in English and Turkish were scanned. It was determined that 18 of the 58
articles examined were retracked and, most of the publications did not contain information about the research
design and method. Also it is found out that; most of the research focus on theoretical subjects such as; musical
analysis, composition, algorithmic systems, and a few on instrumental-mostly piano or vocal pedagogy. It has been
observed that studies on music education applications with AL are insufficient.
The importance and use of AI is increasing day by day, and research will continue to be conducted as long as this
issue is on the agenda. The main aim of this research is to provide a resource for experts and academics studying
in the field and shed light on future scientific studies on music education and AI. The scanning process in this
study is limited, therefore, in future research, it may be recommended to examine publications in different
languages and scientific theses in larger databases, within the framework of different criteria.

distance education process that started with the pandemic. In this field, it is of great importance for the effectiveness and
accuracy of learning that most of the courses should be carried out face to face whether one-on-one or in groups. Choral
education is one of the applied and face-to-face lessons performed under the supervision of a choral educator. The question
of how collective instrument/voice training practices, in which sound and image occur simultaneously (synchronic),
will be carried out through distance education, has also come to the fore with the COVID 19 Pandemic. This research was
conducted to find an answer to this question and to compile the opinions and suggestions of choir educators based on their
teaching experiences regarding distance choir education. For this purpose, an online survey was prepared to collect data
and enable educators from different countries to participate. The data obtained was analyzed through descriptive analysis
and processed according to the predetermined thematic framework. It is thought that the research findings are important
in terms of providing information (how to organize the online education/training environment, teaching methods, techniques
and approaches) for the distance education of the relevant applied courses that can be experienced again - if deemed
necessary - and is a useful resource in the field.

of the anthems that are primarily aimed to be taught in MLC (Music Lesson Curriculumn). However, both its
prosodic, melodic and rhythmic structure, it is really very difficult to teach and sing correctly. The purpose of
this study is to suggest the musicogram technique for teaching the Turkish National Anthem, which is one of the
the objectives of MLC.
The musicogram technique (the basic component of the Active Music Listening approach) developed by Jos
Wuytack in the early 1970s and it is a kind of musical analyze method, based on listening and analyzing the
music pieces using a graphical expression technique. This technique is used for active listening and analyzing
mostly instrumental music pieces and includes applications such as drawing some kind of figures, graphics or
diagrams as well as transferring them in to movement ,body percussion and instruments. All these applications
can be effective for overcoming the difficulties of teaching the Turkish National Anthem.
From this point of view, the descriptive survey method is used to establish the musicogram technique which is
considered to be useful for teaching the musical achievements (listening / playing / singing) related to the
Turkish National Anthem in the MLC and original examples and suggestions will be offered.
Abstract: Apart from being an educational purpose and field, music is an important educational tool which has a significant place in child's personal (cognitive, emotional, motor) development and social development. Due to this importance, music education is required to start in preschool and must consistently be a part of children's school education throughout their journey. However, in Turkey, concerns and discussions continue towards applications of music education at preschool and school within the scope of formal education. One of the main reasons of these concerns and arguments is that, music education-which is a specialized area that requires expertise and knowledge-is provided by the classroom teachers in the Primary Stage I education in many public schools. During this period, when the first attitueds and perceptions of a child towards music is developed, classroom teachers' knowledge and skills on music teaching is of great importance. Therefore, music lessons provided at the classroom teaching parts of the universities are required to be observed and assesed in terms of programs, contents and applications. This study was carried out to investigate the music lessons in terms of content and applications that are provided in the undergraduate classroom teacher training programs. For this purpose, a descriptive method was followed and researches in Turkey and literature on the subject was screened. Also, recommendations relating to the results were presented. (*) Bu çalışma 16-18 Ekim 2014 tarihinde Edirne Trakya Üniversitesi'nde düzenlenen " 9. Balkan Eğitim ve Bilim Kongresi " nde sözlü bildiri olarak sunulmuştur.
Today, many new approaches related to foreign language teaching (FLT) methods, have been put forward. According to students’ needs and interests, teaching approaches begun to orient specifically to the field of study. The “content-based language teaching” mentioned in this study is one of these approaches by which the students are taught both the grammar and field subjects through issues and materials associated with their chosen field. In the PME, music is the content itself as well as being a teaching tool. Music and language; both accepted as "skills" have so many features in common that a relation can be built between them in PME.
This study has been conducted with the idea that music which is in fact the “field of study” in these instutions can also be an effective “tool for teaching ”. The purpose of this study is to put forward the positions related to the content-based approach to FLT and to draw attention to content-based regulating of foreign language education in PME.
Qualitative data was collected in this study by reviewing the literature related to FLT, Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) and (foreign) Language for Special Purpose (LSP). The views (data) related to the subject are combined and interpreted in this study and recommendations are given based on this data.
