  • Beloofd is beloofd: Sam is terug. Vorige keer leerde je Sam Berenblit kennen, onze HR & Talent Consultant binnen Life Sciences. Sourcen, bellen, cv's aanpassen, plaatsen en opvolgen. Hij vergeet niemand. Vandaag de omgekeerde vraag: waarom blijft Sam hier graag werken? "We are a strong family" is snel gezegd. Sam vertelt hoe dat op een gewone werkdag voelt. Bekijk de video 👇

  • A ship with a crane struck a high voltage line and damaged it. When a line fails, and it does happen, a well connected network can reroute the load. Building that resilience is the work our Engineering consultant Chiel Bourdeaud'huy does every day: underground high voltage connections that keep Belgium's grid strong when one link goes down. He leads six to seven of these projects at once, each running two to three years, quietly building the backbone the country's industry runs on. In his new article he shows what that work really takes, and why grid resilience is never an accident. Read the full article on our website (link in comments).

  • Every two to four years, the data flowing through our networks doubles. Fiber is what keeps up. Or at least, the right fiber is. In telecom we rarely build what is needed today. We build what will be indispensable tomorrow. But a few persistent myths still hold organisations back from getting there. Our Fiber Consultant Maikel Put clears them up, and shows what future ready networks really take: smart design, early alignment and quality checked at every phase. 👉 Full article in the comments. 👉 Planning or scaling a fiber project and wondering how we can support it? Reach out to Kenneth Van Cleynenbreugel.

  • Our Talent Manager Annick Stevens puts it simply: when she sits down with a consultant, she is fully there. No phone, no emails, nothing in between. That undivided focus is the foundation of how she follows up and supports every consultant she works with. Great talent management is not measured in emails sent. It is measured in attention given. She unpacks her full approach and vision in a blog we are publishing soon. Worth the read.

  • New faces, same energy. Meet the colleagues joining Pauwels Consulting this summer. 👋   We are happy to welcome four new people to the team: Viktor is one of our summer students. He studies Business Administration at UGent, specialisation Commercial Policy, and starts his internship in September before graduating. Always on the move with running and futsal, half Spanish, and a passionate traveller. Best trip so far: Sri Lanka. On the wishlist: Japan and Thailand. Margaux is our second summer student, also studying Business Administration at UGent with one year to go. Outside of work she loves the gym, cooking, reading, getting creative in Canva, and travelling. Favourite trip so far: Sri Lanka. Dream destinations: Peru and Japan. Natacha joins us as HR & Talent Consultant in Diegem. She graduated in 2026 with a Bachelor in HR Management, and this is her very first job. Before Pauwels she completed a four month internship at VINCI Energies, running recruitment and skills development with a lot of autonomy. Ready to bring it all into her first HR role.   Atilla joins our Ghent office as an accountant, coming from a role in an accounting firm. He is the calm, friendly type and a great listener. In his free time he enjoys food and drinks with friends, walks, gaming, and a bit of Netflix.   Welcome to the team, all four of you. We are glad you are here. 🙌

  • 628 hours of movement. 2.500 euro for charity. And a company that decided, together, to make this the best edition yet. Once a year the whole of Pauwels Consulting trades a bit of comfort for something bigger. For just over two weeks, colleagues everywhere walk, run, ride and swim, and every single hour on Strava turns into a donation for Think Pink. Some walked their laps through a heatwave. Some simply moved a little more than yesterday. It all counted the same, and it all added up to 88 colleagues and 628 hours together, good for 2.500 euro for Think Pink. Our highest donation tier ever, and well up from 1.500 last year. And a special mention for the three who set the pace: 🥇 Casper Leenders, 43u31 🥈 Björn Nachtegaele, 35u14 🥉 Ruben Malfliet, 32u14 Massive well done to our top three, and to every colleague who joined in. A total like this belongs to all of us.

  • Imagine an employer that hands you a fresh catalogue of trainings every six months and says: pick what you want to learn next. That is the Pauwels Academy. Our in house learning offer, built by Learning and Development (Jenifer Sottiaux) spanning five themes from AI and Digital Efficiency to Personal Leadership and Growth, in the format that fits you. Swipe through to see how seriously we take growth.

  • Every Life Sciences manufacturer is being told to "do something with dark factories." Few are told where to start. That is the conversation our experts Toon Budeners and Yannick Teyssen have every week. Not robots for the sake of robots, but digitalising step by step for quality, reliability and control you can prove. In their new article they show what a dark factory really means in pharma, and what is actually achievable on your floor. Read the full article on our website (link in comments).

  • We're proud. Pauwels Consulting has been named a Leading Employer 2026. 🏆   Last week, Koen Willems (HR Director) & Jenifer Sottiaux (L&D Coordinator) accepted the certificate in Brussels. This is one recognition you cannot buy, apply for, or influence. It is measured objectively against thousands of companies, purely on how we are seen as an employer.   We do not take that lightly. Looking after our people is not a slogan for us, it is the work itself. Every day we push to do better, to grow, and to build a company that is more resilient and ready for whatever comes next.   And we are proud of something that is easy to overlook: stability. In a market that shifts constantly, our people know they can count on us. That is what this award really reflects.   Thank you to every colleague who makes Pauwels Consulting what it is. Many thanks to LEADING EMPLOYERS.

  • New quarter, new colleagues, same warm welcome. 👋 This past Tuesday we gathered at our Diegem office (airco very much included 😅) for our quarterly Welcome Event. Our newest colleagues got to know the practical side of Pauwels Consulting: how we support them, who they can turn to, and the values we live by every day. Add a few hands on mini workshops and a drink to round things off, and you have the perfect start to get to know each other.
