However, within the field of Arabic and Islamic Studies in Pakistan, the adoption and effective use of digital tools remain underexplored. The limited integration of technology in religious academia often restricts students to traditional, manual research methods, which can impede productivity and quality. This study aims to evaluate the impact of digital tools and applications on the research productivity of Arabic and Islamic Studies students in Pakistan, focusing on awareness, usage patterns, institutional access, and perceived effectiveness.
A descriptive quantitative research design was employed, utilizing a structured questionnaire distributed among 252 students from public and private universities. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to identify usage frequency, tool preference, and perceived outcomes. Results revealed that over 90% of respondents were aware of digital research tools, with Islam360 (88%) and Maktaba Shamela (82%) being the most widely used applications. A majority of students reported improved research quality (74%) and productivity (56%) due to the use of digital tools. Nevertheless, challenges such as inadequate training, limited institutional support, and unequal digital access persist.
The study concludes that digital tools have significantly enhanced the efficiency, accuracy, and scholarly depth of Arabic and Islamic research in Pakistan. Strengthening institutional support and digital literacy programs could further advance research productivity and innovation within the discipline.

Iqbal, a renowned philosopher, poet, and politician from the Sub-continent, emphasized the importance of different characteristics of a person i.e. honesty, brevity, custodianship, and leadership. According to his viewpoint, modesty has a fundamental status in the development of the individual and society. For Iqbal, modesty was not just about shyness or humility in behavior, but it was a deeper concept internally connected with self-respect, dignity, and moral integrity. He believed that modesty was essential for the spiritual growth of an individual. Iqbal argued that true modesty can protect a person from negative behavior and ultimately society. It develops a sense of self-awareness and a recognition of good and evil. This sensor can protect from evil and motivate towards good deeds. However, it also involves a firm belief in one's capabilities and growth potential. Modesty, in his philosophy, was not about self-deprecation but about acknowledging the divine potential within oneself while remaining humble before the Creator. Furthermore, He believed that a modest person would naturally respect the dignity and rights of others, leading to harmonious social relationships and collective progress. In summary, in the philosophy of Allama Iqbal, modesty is a comprehensive concept that incorporates humility, self-awareness, moral integrity, and respect for others. It is regarded as a fundamental virtue essential for individual development and societal harmony.

This study seeks to evaluate the existing Arabic curriculum, the availability and quality of teaching resources, and the actual outcomes achieved by teachers. The research begins with a discussion on the significance of Arabic language learning in religious, social, and educational contexts. Moreover, it examines the role of government institutions in providing effective Arabic education and in shaping learners' character. A review of the curriculum and teaching practices has been conducted alongside field surveys of selected schools and colleges. The findings highlight both strengths and weaknesses in the current system, including outdated syllabus content, a lack of modern teaching resources, and low proficiency levels. Based on these insights, the study proposes practical reforms to improve the curriculum, strengthen resource allocation, and enhance students' learning outcomes. The study concludes that comprehensive reforms are essential to make Arabic education more relevant, engaging, and effective for future generations in Sindh.

A descriptive and analytical study of Allama Abdul Rehman's manuscript of annotations and footnotes on Tafsir Jalalain came under discussion. The methodology adopted by the author is critically and analytically evaluated in an objective and subjective manner. A cursory glance at this tafsir brings its readers that it is the crux of baidhavi, Tabari, Nasafi and Fath al Qadir of the classical Islamic Tafaseer. Moreover, the writer has quoted Mulla Kashifi's Tafsir e Hussaini, which is considered as a scholastic exegesis of Persian literature, the author has amply used Arabic and Persian poetic verses in the elaboration of Qur'anic themes. It is worth mentioning that the writer has explicitly mentioned mystical connotations of the Qur'anic verses as approved by the well-known scholars of Islam. The overall impression of it is of tafsir bil-mathur. However, Modern challenges and issues of the human society has also been highlighted and various solutions have been suggested in a pragmatic way.

Muslim scholars of all the times conveyed the meanings of the Qur'ān in different languages of the world with par excellence. In this research paper, an attempt has been made to analyze and introduce a unique Sindhī translation of the Qur'ān named "Bayān al Raḥmān fī Tarjumah al Qur'ān" by Sheikh 'Abdul Waheed Jān Al Sirhindī. The article evaluates the methodology of the Sheikh critically and analytically in an objective manner. The distinction of this translation has been highlighted and the limitation of Sindhī language has also been pointed out in a lucid manner. The language used by the translator is easily comprehensible and transmits the themes of the Qur'ān to its addressees cohesively. It is worth mentioning that footnotes used by Shaikh for the complete understanding of the Qur'ān are effective, useful and of great importance for its readers.
