ATCO Structures Global President Adam Beattie, Australian Managing Director, Ron Spiteri, and ATCO Australia CEO John Ivulich, had the pleasure of hosting Deputy Premier Rita Saffioti for a tour of ATCO’s Hope Valley Manufacturing Facility on Friday 17 July 2026. ATCO supports the WA Government’s drive to increase housing stock in Western Australia, and see our role in accelerating delivery via the use of Modern Methods of Construction. The tour highlighted our capability in this regard through ATCO’s 15,000 sqm under roof manufacturing facility that has ability and agility to build over 1,500 modules of various build structures per annum. ATCO Structures believes it has a significant role to play in bringing affordable housing to the Australian community. More homes, faster. In partnership with Attainable Homes Calgary, ATCO manufactured 56 fully equipped modules to create 84 below-market studio apartments in downtown Calgary. After 10 months of construction, the first tenants moved into 605 Studio West this past February. The NSW Government is transforming the existing Singleton Police Station into a modern policing facility. The $8.7M refurbishment will house the Crime Prevention Unit, Detectives Unit, Protective Crime Unit, General Duty Rooms, Highway Patrol Command, and new staff facilities. ATCOs have provided comprehensive site offices for the project and construction team. This week, our team in Grimsby, Ontario, hosted Lisa Thompson, Ontario Minister of Rural Affairs, Sam Oosterhoff, Niagara West MPP, along with Jeff Jordan, Town of Grimsby mayor, councillors and staff in our new 100,000 square-foot manufacturing plant.
