    On Wednesday June 3, our store teams across North America celebrated Global Running Day, showing up for runners in so many different ways that all felt authentic, energizing, and deeply connected to the people and places around them. Over the past few days, I’ve been seeing shares from teams who pulled off incredible events and I’m so proud of what they all delivered for their communities – our stores truly bring this brand to life! Each activation took on its own local flavour while still being part of something bigger, reflecting our values of fun and connection and honouring the spirit of community that brings us all together. Moments like this are such a beautiful reflection of who we are at lululemon and a great reminder of what makes this place so special. A huge thank you to every team who created space for us to sweat together on Global Running Day.

    As a Community Program Manager at lululemon you have the opportunity to own localized programming for key moments like Global Running Day. Sheldon Tucker leads our community run programming across the New York market. From large-scale brand activations and run club partnerships, to local experiences for SeaWheeze and more, his work is rooted in creating connection through movement. An avid runner himself, having recently completed his 14th marathon, Sheldon brings his firsthand experience to each activation. He understands the commitment that training requires, the excitement and nerves of race day, and the power of community support along the way. He shared that his role at lululemon has been a unique opportunity for his passion for running and professional career to intersect.     Last weekend, I had the privilege of attending lululemon's return to the Great Wall of China — an unforgettable moment of connection and community. As our Global Ambassador, Ryan Leier, so eloquently reflected, in a place once built to keep people out, thousands of guests - alongside ambassadors and instructors from around the world - gathered to practice yoga, now united in a space that brings people together. A powerful reminder of yoga’s ability to connect us. Congratualtions to Lynn Cheah, and the incredible team in China, who turned their “crazy idea” into reality. This is just the beginning.     In May, global Director+ leaders came together in lululemon’s hometown of Vancouver, British Columbia for Leadership Summit 2026. An annual event that brings the lululemon culture to life powerfully, this year’s theme was Lead the Way. Global leaders across all functions experienced three days of connection, mainstage sessions, interactive workshops, and curated activations, including runs and workouts led by local lululemon Ambassadors.     On May 23, we opened our first store in Greece through a franchise partner. Located in the heart of Athens, our new Kolonaki store features our latest retail expression, with natural materials and light throughout.  Our second location in Greece is set to open at Golden Hall shopping mall on June 12 and will offer guests an elevated shopping experience across two floors in one of the city's most vibrant retail destinations. Both locations will serve as dynamic community hubs, building relationships with guests through movement, wellbeing, and shared experiences. The stores will play an active role in engaging with local run clubs, fitness studios, and trainers, creating opportunities for events and collaborations that strengthen connections with the local community in Greece. Guests in Greece will also be able to explore and shop products online at eu.lululemon.com.
